We are factory trained and have the nationally recognized NATE certification for your peace of mind that you have contacted a certified professional. We offer 24 hour emergency service for plumbing, furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and boilers scheduled maintenance plans on your existing system and system replacement with Lennox and Trane furnaces, air conditioners and heat pumps, Honeywell and Lennox thermostats and control systems and Aprilaire humidifiers. All of our pricing is “Up Front” pricing so you know what the total cost of any work before you authorize any job to be done. Description of Work: contacted mission plumbing and advised had issue w furnace 7 ac & needed bid on new furnace and ac. Was rudely told that there is a charge to come look at repair but no charge for a bid. If they cannot assist me as a potential new customer in terms of replacing my hvac without an exorbitant charge, they obviously do not want my buiness.

[member name removed], I'm sorry that your experience was the way it was, and I would like to make up for this. Next time, call in and ask for me personally (Steve Hugunin), and I will take care of you. The person on the phone should have explained a little better that we do charge a $89 trip fee to send out a HVAC tech, and if there is a repair to be done that $89 is subtracted from the repair charge. To make up for your poor experience I would wave that trip charge to earn your business. Again I apologize for you experience, because no matter what you shouldn't be treated poorly or rudely. Let me know what we can do for you.

Description of Work: Removed and capped off an old toilet, and opened a floor drain. He was super considerate and stayed way after 5:00 pm to complete the work for me. He also worked really hard to clear old rust out of the floor drain and was able to get to work so I didn't have to break the cement floor to replace the drain. They were excellent. | |

Description of Work: Asked for someone to come out to give ballpark on installing basement bathroom at a new house I was buying. Steve Flaming came out, was very professional, and give me the information I needed. I ended up not getting the house, but will seriously consider using them in the future if they also service Lee's Summit, MO.
