I would give them As on everything. I really like them. They are very honest and very thorough. Very honest and - I've even gone in there before when I had an issue and they gave me direction without any charge at all. Like on other words " sounds like you need to go back to the dealership..." or something like that. They gave me recommendations or they gave me help without charge at all and gave me the correct, you know what to do with out any charge. SO they go above and beyond

My car had been running a little noisy....kind of like when your muffler is going but up in the front of the car. When I took it to Donavan's, Pat listened to what my car was doing and then his workmen took a look at it. Turns out I had two sections of pipe that had rusted and air was leaking out and making the O2 sensors set off the check engine light. Pat's employees cut out the pipe in two different sections and replaced it. They also reset the computer and the check engine light isn't on now. I really appreciated the honesty in the repair. He drew me a diagram and explained exactly what was happening under the car. I was glad I took my friend's recommendation. My car is sounding much better now and I have found a new shop for future repairs. Thank You.

He is the best. He is just part of the community. He is a good man. He was just honest with me. He gave me some options and save me some money.

I highly recommend Donovan's Auto Service. I always receive very prompt, professional, and most importantly honest service. For example, I was originally quoted $155 per tire when my car went in, but after completion of the work they informed me they were able to get the same tires somewhat cheaper and closer to $144 per tire. They could have easily charged me the $155/tire and I would not have known the difference. This honesty is very much appreciated and I will keep Donovan's as my preferred choice for auto repair needs in the future because of it.

I have been going here about three years. It is easy to get an appointment. This is a very honest company that does quality work.

Pat got me in quickly, within a couple days of my call. We dropped the car off the night before. When I called afternoon to check on status, my car was done and there were no additional services needed. Upon returning home, I checked over the oil, tire tread depth, and engine fluids. Everything looked well-tended to. My wife and I felt respected, listened-to, and appreciated.

It went wonderfully as always. Very personalized treatment.

I called ahead and asked if I needed an appointment to have the headlamp replaced. A very courteous man answered the phone and told me to "just bring my car in". When I walked in the service office, I was helped immediately. The service man knew exactly how to take the lighting bracket apart, and went inside to get the part. He came back in about five minutes and told me that the part would be delivered in about 15 minutes. The lamp bulb was delivered, he replaced the burned out bulb, I paid my bill (which was only for the bulb) and I was on my way in about 25 minutes. This was the first time I have taken my car to Donovan's, but definately not the last.! Thanks so much.

Service was performed and price was what was quoted and we were please with work.

I got them from Angie's List. They did a first grade job for a decent price. He is an Angie's List top rated automechanic in the city so I went there and used them. I don't have any dislikes. What I like about them is that they included a radiator, a water pump, hoses, and they replaced almost anything that have direct relation to the engine that would cause a problem. Instead of getting what the dealer would have only offered such as the engine long block, they have done everything else but it was less expensive than the dealer by lots of dollars.

They're wonderful! They're very, very honest. They tell me if my car doesn't need to be fixed or just need a little adjustment. The owner tells you honestly what you need to have done and what you don't need to have done. It's really refreshing to find a company like that. Also, their company is very family-oriented. I would most definitely use them again in the future.

These guys are fantastic. My exhaust pipe was corroded around the oxygen sensor. I tried replacing the sensor myself but part of the corroded pipe dislodged during the replacement. Any shop could easily have told me I needed a new exhaust pipe. Instead they recommended the proper (and most cost effective) fix of sectioning out the pipe. The quality of work and parts was above expectations while the cost was definitely below expectations. The repairs were performed quickly and the guys were polite and respectful. Glad I found them on Angie's List! I highly recommend Donovan's!

Pat and his staff are completey honest. I have been a customer for about 8 years and they have consistently provided all the service needed but have never tied to sell me more than was needed. I have always been treated fairly and they have always done very good work. I consider myself to be a Donova's Service customer for life.

Was able to bring my car in promtply and it was finished exactly when they said it would be. I was concerned about the brakes (it was an older car) and the tech who actually worked on the car took the time to patiently answer my questions. They went the extra mile (pulled the tires) to be sure the breakes were OK. I have always found everyone here to be friendly and willing to help with any concerns I may have.

Dropped off car the evening before, everything finished in time for pickup the next evening, just as they said it would be. Battery is a few years old so I always ask them to check it, which they do and give me a report. My brakes are also getting close to needing work so they check those and have given me good advice on when to expect to replace them. What I really like is that, even knowing I am concerned about these to items, I have never been pressured to go ahead and do it then but given good accurate information to manage my own repairs on my schedule and budget.

We've been there a couple of times. The estimate was quite a bit less than the finally figure. They were very knowledgeable and they explained the difference why. We would use them again.

It always goes well with Donovan's. They are my mechanic of choice whenever anything goes wrong with any of our family vehicles - about 6 of them.

They did what I ask them to do and nothing more that I didn't require. They always call with the details first. Donovan's run a AAA+ service. I trust them to take care of my automobile problems when they arise. I will refer them to any friends or family members that also need auto repairs.

He's my mechanic; I own 6 cars & I take them all to him. He's a very honest guy that's able to fix the problem.

I had taken my Toyota to the nearby dealer when the check engine light went on and the cruise control stopped working. They diagnosed as vehicle speed sensor, but found that was not the problem. The dealer then said I needed an $1100 ecu and installed it, keeping my car for 3 days. The check engine light was still on when I picked it up, so he wanted to do more. I had him put back the non-faulty old part and took the car to Donovan's. Pat said the original ecu was fine. His mechanic then checked the wiring, found loose connections, cleaned and repaired the connections and road tested it twice. The check engine light was out, the cruise control works and the car runs fine. It only took 1 day to repair.

Great mom and pop shop and they don't overcharge for the service. Will only charge for the services that you need.
