The Kenney Team assist clients with their game plan, and help with buying or selling their home, designing, staging and/or remodeling. From 2000 to 2009 Bill and Sandra Kenney spearheaded two of the hottest-selling developments in eastern Jackson County. Sandra marketed new homes from award-winning builders, assisted clients in selling their homes and assisted in build jobs and designing with a custom flair. Because of their extensive experience in developing subdivisions, understanding construction, working with many different builders, the Kenney Team can help you select a great home to build or buy and can help point out the resale value. Bill and Sandra Kenney also designed and built several different award winning plans, and several double award winning plans. The Kenney Team is in the #1 Real Estate Office in Kansas City with the largest real estate franchise in North America. Licensed in both Kansas and Missouri, Sandra has many current top real estate designations including CRS - (Certified Residential Specialist) (which less than 3% of all realtors in the US have), ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) and many more. Bill (her husband) builds new homes and together they develop subdivisions. She also has her Registered Nursing license (RN). Bill has BA in Business Management and his International Building Degree which means is licensed to build residential or commercial construction anywhere. Bill also was the Kansas City Chiefs quarterback from 1979 to 1989. An upcoming subdivision called "Summit View Farms" will be opening Spring 2017. There is 190 acres planned for development and most of the homes will have Kansas City Address, Lees Summit Schools. 143 acres will have Lees Summit West High school, Kansas City Address, 47 acres will have Lees Summit West High School, Lees Summit address. Together they have over 20 years of experience each and more experienced sales people on their staff. The Kenney Team combines their love for caring for people and are willing to go the extra mile. Sandra is so fake. You will find this out after first encounter. If you question her she name calls and hangs up. Our close date was set for latest Sept 1, 2021. It's May 17th, 2022 and we still don't have sod. We did close in January and she and Max have been basically MIA ever since. Erosion has destroyed our lot. Do not recommend. Embarrassed.

When my wife and I started looking at houses well over a decade ago, the process for us was to drive around and try to find our perfect home. Time after time, we came home thinking we hadn’t found the “right place” for us. Enter Sandra Kenney and her amazing team. We visited Summit View Farms multiple times, and found a home that seemed like the right one. When we decided to finally invite Sandra & Emily to our home, they were very optimistic that not only could we sell our house quickly, but we could do some simple updates and possibly have the ability to entertain multiple offers. We followed Sandra and Emily’s advice. It took a lot of work, but they were always there to answer a question, or locate a reasonably priced item to update the look of our home. Finally, they staged the house for listing. After following the advice of The Kenney Team, we had multiple offers on the first day of listing. Sandra, Emily, and Beth Langston (mortgage banker from Flat Branch Home Loans) were also crucial to our move to Summit View Farms. They explained the vision for the development and really made it easy for us to picture ourselves in our beautiful new home. The confidence they placed in us to make this purchase was just what we needed to finally make the move. At closing, Sandra and Beth were there and it brought an end to this phase of our professional relationship, but we believe the personal touch we received from the Kenney Team ensured a relationship beyond the sale. I think they did a great job in helping me get everything together in order to get it sold. They have good contacts with people that did quality work when doing updates to my kitchen and bathroom. They also helped me do several small things here and there at their expense in order to save me money.

My wife and I were amazed at the level of customer service of the Kenney Team. The realtor took her time with us and she gave us her undivided attention when we were together. The team is extremely organized and truly had our best interest in mind. When we would view potential properties, the realtor would make the process fun, and was able to take all the stress away from buying a new home. It was a pleasure to work with Sandra for buying our house. She acted as a great professional and helped us in each and every stage. Even we did not knew her earlier, she helped us as a good friend and gave suggestions for the purchase as well as the improvements that we could do to our house. Even we were the first time buyers, everything went smoothly with her help. She also helped us on getting a very good closing deal with the lenders. Even after the purchase, she still keeps us in contact and visits us to know the updates. She really cares about her clients and treats them as a close friend.
