Brought in some old 8mm film from my wife's parents' who are now deceased, along with some 35mm slides. Dropped them off in April, with a finish date in June, 2013. Planned on surprising my wife on her Birthday July 22nd. David, the manager(?) kept telling me that the processor was having problems with the films. Finally, ONE CD was finished a day before my wife's birthday. The remainder weren't finished until August 30th. I complained about the delay, and David took $100.00 off the cost. But NOT before I complained. When I dropped the film off, David did not furnish an estimate, I figured probably the high 400's based on the cost per foot. He said there was no charge for unused film. It was absolute sticker shock when I picked up the remainder on 8/30/13. Basically, David completed the job when he got around to it and unless you SPECIFICALLY demand a WRITTEN estimate, you'll pay to the nose. There is NO customer service at this establishment.

Went online to find a better way to have my good digital photos processed better than the automatic machines at Wal Mart etc. Went through the process of uploading them to their ordering web site (fairly simple for someone who has problems with computers) Ordering was simple and you could order different sizes of each individual photograph. Got all done with ordering and opted to pick them up at their location at 95th & Metcalf.( They also deliver) I then went back through their website to figure out when they would be done and I could pick them up. While doing that I noticed their coupon & special link and went into it and saw there were coupons for some of the sizes I had ordered but nothing on how I determined when my order would be ready so I called their office and the person told me they had my order and it would be ready at 11AM. I told them I had ordered but had not seen their coupons and specials and wondered if I could use them on my order and they said that they would do that. The quality of the processing was amazing and I have found the place where I am going to have all my stuff processed in the future.
