Description of Work: We bought a sofa loveseat from them and they still work 10 years later. We also have a limited lifetime warranty on the mechanics, so if we have any issues, they will fix it free of charge.

I have a four-page letter I sent to the corporate headquarters in Monroe, MI, detailing chapter and verse of my angst with their non-service. If you’d like a copy I’d be very happy to send it to you. I provided a copy to the Overland Park store.
Description of Work: Purchased Power Lift chair 30 Dec 14. Told it would be 6 – 8 weeks for delivery. After being misinformed as to the date of manufacture and delivery three times, the chair was finally delivered over 13 weeks later. A replacement chair was delivered earlier …. and it didn’t work! At no time in the first 12 weeks of this ordeal did the store, or ANY La-Z-Boy representative, contact me. Every inquiry was initiated by me or my daughter. Customer service is obviously not part of the La-Z-Boy culture, despite protests to the contrary. Too big to fail – or be concerned with one ill-served customer??

It went very bad
Description of Work: Bought a recliner and it had a defect in it when it was delivered. Someone came out and looked at it an said they would be contacting us. After a week of not hearing from them I called and was told they would not fix the chair. Now I am stuck with a defected chair that looks bad. Would not purchase a anything from this company again.
