"Bob I am truly sorry about the delay. Fall/Spring clean ups are very hard to stay on schedule, due to the fact the we have add on's through out the week. Neighbors tend to walk up and ask for a clean since you are in the area. As for the actual job being subpar, we will come in and do the next clean up on the house."
"To whom this may concern, Gold Lawn Care serviced Park Place Apartments and in my view did an amazing job. This is the first time Gold Lawn Care is sticking up for the job and going against the review. Gold Lawn Care's goal was too do a perfect job and ensure that this property would be maintained for the upcoming season. We had tenants, which were on the board thanking us while the job was being completed and mentioned that this was the best job in years. They were hoping that we were the landscaping company taking care of the property in the future. Even the treasurer personally thanked me for the job explaining that we went above and beyond her expectations. I am not sure where the discord came from... Maybe the guy had a bad day, or did not like me on a personal level, but that job was one of the better clean up's in the companies history."
"To be honest, I wish I had this bid and job back from the beginning. The price really was not premium, we went with cheap materials that were not conducive for the property. The material we used did not work well with the minor ebbs and flows in her yard. In the end the job did not come out as well as it should and Gold Lawn Care takes blame."
"In the fall of 2015 Gold Lawn Care verticutted and seeded Donna's yard. She was unsatisfied with her service, I promised her I would re-seed the yard in the spring. Weeks before going back in the spring, we contacted Donna and mentioned to her verbally that we would be coming at a specific date and time and that she needed to inform HOA to not have the pre-emergent fertilizer. Upon arriving to Donna's house, we noticed that pre-emergent was applied. She explained that she got busy and never contacted the HOA. I told Donna we would not come back and offered to leave a 50 lb bag of seed behind, this type of things kills businesses when clients purposely do not listen to professional advice .In my opinion no matter what we did or how we did it, Donna would not have approval of our job. It is sad to say this and personally not sure if I should.... Small businesses like mine get taken advantage of way to much just for a good review. Once in a great long time a bad client comes and wants things done for free and tries to discredit a small businesses. This happened few and far between, Gold Lawn Care has found that landscaping clientele in the entire Kansas City area are a pleasure to work with."
"Sorry, that the job was deemed as average and would love to have a second chance to gain your respect back."
