My technician was Justin. He came out and did a thorough check of outlets, and the breaker box, and eventually found burnt wires in my attic space with scorched insulation directly under where the wires were laying. He repaired that, as well as another wiring spot that looked similar, replaced two outlets, and fixed four outlets that had been wired incorrectly. He was in my home for 3 hours, answered every question I had, took time to explain anything I didn't understand. Price was VERY reasonable and Justin was terrific! Fusion Electric will be my go-to electrician company from this point forward!

Justin with Fusion Electric did an amazing job completing my basement project by wiring a number of switches, outlets and pot lights to my panel. I was able to complete much of the work myself, due to Justin sharing his knowledge of the electrical code during the original bid / quote process and advising me of how certain things should be done. Justin took the project over the finish line and all the work passed inspection. I highly recommend working with Justin (and Jeff) with Fusion Electric and should I ever need more electric work done, I know who I will be calling.

Jason quickly identified the problem and contacted the power company, as it was their issue. He had us turn off the power to the house to prevent a fire. He also recommended a whole -house surge protector, which we had installed.

My lights went out the night before I left for a four day vacation. When I returned I called and asked if someone could come out the next day, because I was concerned I may have a serious problem. I was told they would do their best to get someone out, but It would be close to days end. True to their word, one of the electricians, Dilan, called about 3:30 and was at my house by 4:00. Dilan quickly determined the problem to be a simple well outlet. He quickly replaced the outlet and the job was done. I cannot say enough good things about Dilan. He was knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. I was very impressed with Fusion's willingness to work with me and to quickly, efficiently, and cost effectively fix my problem.

The price was reasonable. It took about an hour or two for one worker to complete the job.

Initially, I e-mailed the company (off their website) and Jeff the owner called me back within 24 hours. I reviewed with him the problems that we were having and he shared with me that others were having similar problems with AFCI breakers tripping. We went ahead and set up to have an electrician come out to our house. The electrician (Dilan) was on time, very professional and personal (easy to talk with). He listened to what was happening and shared a plan of action that he thought would isolate / fix the problem. First, he pulled the face plate off the electrical panel and reviewed each of the AFCI breakers and the other breakers around them (wires connecting to the service panel to make sure nothing was crossed up. Next, he saw the AFCI's were older and packed-in tight (next to each other). He also said that newer AFCI's were available (he also shared that he had a similar problem with his father and was able to correct it by changing out the AFCI before going in and testing every receptacle, switch, fixture, etc. in the room that was covered by the faulty AFCI (that would increase the cost of his services). It has been a month and everything is working fine and my wife is happy! He also installed the GFI receptacle.

Great - from the return phone call on a very busy phone day for them, to arrival when they said they'd be there our experience was great. They coordinated with the company pouring our patio and installing the counters - everything went very smoothly. The electricians came out twice and were very friendly, professional and actually seemed to enjoy having our three dogs around them rather than cooped up while they floated between their worked inside and out. Pricing compared to the electrician the patio company usually uses was also a plus. We'll definitely hire them for any additional needs once we set up the patio.
