Mike is first class all the way! He is very responsive and his whole team does a great job. I have been using him for over a year for all lawn care. I had a sassy teenager who could not get the lawn mowed. I emailed Mike and it was done before I was home from work! Teenager is now mowing but I would use Mike any day. He also has helped us with Fall lawn cleanup.

Mike Bretton was very prompt, professional, and courteous. He was very personable and walked me through each watering zone and showed me the issues he was seeing. We even just chatted a bit, which goes a long way with establishing rapport and long term working relationships. Mike's busy but he does his best to respond to inquiries and customers promptly. Enjoyed the service visit and look forward to working with Bretton's Lawn in the future.

The crew was great. They took great care not to leave a mess. They went above and beyond so far as I'm concerned. I noticed they cleaned out some leaves (and took them with them) before covering the beds with mulch. I really don't think that was included in the deal. The attention to detail did NOT go unnoticed! I will definitely use them again.

"[Member Name Removed] purchased a 4 hour leaf removal on January 14. We had planned on getting it done right away but unfortunately the weather did not cooperate. The following is the emailed conversation we had... Hi, what is the strategy now that snow has fallen and more expected tomorrow eve? Do I have to wait till spring time? [Member Name Removed] G [Member Name Removed] Hi [Member Name Removed], I am sorry we were not able to complete this on Friday. The good new is we are staffed year round and you will not have to wait till spring time to have this completed. You are first on the schedule and we will complete the work as soon as the weather permits. We appreciate your patience and look forward to helping you out. Thank's Mike--You don't know how much I appreciate you! We also had a phone conversation about the ornamental grass which needed to be cut back and caused the bad review. During the conversation we expressed that we would cut back the grasses but there would be a discounted cost, in addition to the leaf removal purchase, for us to do this. We sent the bill for $25 for the additional cost. [Member Name Removed] called us regarding this and we returned the phone call to discuss but left a voice mail message as she did not answer. We did not get a return call to discuss but this review showed up instead."
