This project was excellent from the start with posting online and hearing from them by phone in a matter of minutes. We scheduled an appointment with Brandon for the next day who professionally handled my situation calmly and alleviated my anxiety tremendously. Within another day I had the estimate; I agreed and within another day I had a signed contract. Then he fit me in to their schedule asap. The crew who came out today was amazing. It looks and smells so clean like brand new construction! They are so in tune with details, being very thorough and extremely conclusive. I couldn’t be happier. These guys are the true “mold remediation/solution guys”! Five stars plus plus!!! *****

The inspection process was thorough and professional, Kevin's quote explained all the steps in the process. On the day of the service, Randy and Cordell were exceptional and provided excellent information on what was to be done, what to expect, and answered all my questions. The actual mold remediation quick, and came in at what had been quoted. Fast, high quality work and they left the area very clean! I would recommend AdvantaClean to others who need mold remediation services.

They did not explain what they would or would not do. I had to call them twice to get them to come back out, pick up their fans and finish doing what they were doing. They then said they were too busy which is the reason they did not get back to me. They also requested money before they were finished with the job.

Kevin Full and his team did a mold removal project for us. To say I would recommend him highly is an understatement. High integrity, excellent work and exceptional customer service. I would trust Kevin implicitly. He will never suggest that work be done that isn't necessary. And he has an excellent team. We had a significant amount of things that had a layer of mold on them so there were many items that needed to be thrown out. But Kevin has his team trained very well to be on the look-out for items which might be important for a family to save. There was not only excellent communication from Kevin, but from his team as well. I would be happy to speak with anyone personally about our experience with Kevin Full and AdvantaClean.

No one ever expects to wake up to discover that an upstairs toilet had been over-flowing all night and it is now raining in the living room. When it happened to us, we were devastated. Only a month earlier, we had painted and installed new carpet on the main level of our house. Now, there was water everywhere and we did not have a clue about what to do first. A friend recommended we call a more well-known water mitigation company. The person who answered said someone would contact us within the hour. After 2 hours of no call, we decided to call the next company on the list, AdvantaClean. I am so glad we got to the privilege of working with AdvantaClean. Seriously, within 30 minutes, Dave S., the Project Manager, arrived to talk with us and inspect the damage. He explained what would need to happen and what we should do concerning insurance and our undamaged belongings. Within an hour or 2, he ordered a diesel heater (our furnace got knocked out), a container for our dry belongings, and a crew with all of the dehumidifiers and air cleaners that would fit in our house. Over the next week, Dave and his crew pulled out everything that was wet, took pictures of everything and coordinated with the insurance adjuster and the parade of other service providers that came and went through our house. As you can imagine, we were quite distressed while watching our home be ripped apart, down to the studs. We asked a lot of dumb & what-if and & do-you-think.. questions that Dave would have had no way to answer. But he was honest and forthright but delicate and empathetic with us. He always had time to listen to us. Several nights after the crew had left, we would get a text from Dave asking if we were doing alright. I have never had any business or service provider check in on us like that. It is a level of service that I thought no longer existed, these days. Even now, almost 3 weeks since AdvantaClean finished with the mitigation, Dave still checks in with us. Simply WOW! Now we are ready to start rebuilding. We took a couple of weeks to hire a restoration company. After receiving several bids we decided to go with the company that is endorsed by Dave and AdvantaClean, in the first place. If Dave trusts them, then we will trust them, too! Overall, Dave and AdvantaClean took a terrible situation and actually made it somewhat pleasant and tolerable. I had a few sleepless nights in the beginning but once I knew that Dave had things under control, I started sleeping through the night. I hope we never have an incident that will require us to call AdvantaClean, again. But if we do, they are at the TOP of our list!

AdvantaClean was contacted to support my school district with mold testing and mold remediation. David and his team were fantastic to work with. As a school we can not just close our doors for a day, so AdvantaClean worked at times when students/staff were not in the building, they were professional, they maintained communication, and were willing to do what was needed to get the job done. I will recommend AdvantaClean to other school superintendents.

They seem to be very knowledgeable and good at what they do, however they are not good about follow-thru like sending estimates and other info. Once I called them to check on things, they would get back to me.

They were incredibly helpful and great to work with. I only looked into two mold removal companies, but I was definitely more impressed with AdvantaClean from the very start. I'm a DIY guy and wanted to do part of the work, and not only did they offer me some instructions, but they even left some equipment around longer for me. My only complaint is that they missed cleaning a couple of areas. I noticed them after they left, but they came right back and took care of it. I would work with AdvantaClean again.

The work completed met our expectations, however, someone was to be at our house a 9:00 one morning and no one showed up and no one called. i finally reached someone about 1:00 and they sent someone out to complete the job.

They were efficient, clean and very polite. They did everything I needed done.
