On time and very professional

The technician was they sent was professional, knowledgeable, helpful and the freezer now works like new. However, the wait before a technician could come was a week.

Courteous and prompt!

When the technician arrived the first time, he pulled the broken belt said he would order the part and his next opening was on Wednesday. Come Wed., I called to see when he was coming and was told I wasn't on the schedule. She said she didn't know if the part had arrived yet, so she checked and the part was in. It was then she scheduled me for Friday, another wait. On Friday, the tech took everything apart and found another broken part, another delay. I insisted on overnight shipping and got on the schedule while he was here. 12 days to replace a belt and roller is ridiculous. They don't keep parts, so if it's not American made, expect to wait. Stay on top of scheduling. If you don't get an immediate email that your on the schedule, your not on the schedule.

I liked the Tech. He listened to m concerns and had the part replaced in no time. Was kept informed of what to expect and when.

This company has very knowledgeable people both on customer service end and especially on the tech that came to my home. They were very thorough in diagnosing the problem and very helpful in giving me advice on the issue I was dealing with.

Great customer service, contacted right away and plenty of communication. Ice maker started working on it's own but I like having a tech to call when it goes out again.
