I selected two contractors for a bid. They were the low bid and did a great job on our deck. They were on time, friendly and my wife was pleased with their work. That says it all.

They were very professional, on time, and very efficient. The job was done before the deadline set which in itself is a rarity. The deck looks wonderful. They said they would be back to replace my furniture and I believe they will. It hasn't been done yet as the job was just completed.

They started and finished on schedule. The finish held up well through the winter.

The estimate was thorough and spelled out not only cleaning but some other issues we were not aware of to be taken care of....their cost was a little high but they were able to come out and do the work very soon after we got the estimate...would have given a higher rating if the cleaning had been more thorough.....but in their defense...we are very picky customers.

Had to have them come back and touch up missed areas (between boards). They were attentive to my concerns. I thought the price was a little high, but lower than other estimates I received. Overall, I would hire them again.

We had a bad black staining problem on our deck that we just could not get rid of. Everyone else wanted to do nothing but replace it. Renew Crew was very honest and up front with us as to how bad the damage was but felt they could repair it for us rather than replace. They not only took care of our problem but the deck now looks better than it ever had before.

Cleaned and stained my fence and deck and the results were great. I had lower bids but I chose them because I believed they would deliver the result I was looking for and they accomplished it. We are very happy with how it turned out as well as our neighbors.

Wayne with Wood Renew is extremely reliable and customer service oriented; they were the first company to call me back, show up on the property for the bid, and to properly explain the wood treatment process. The project cost a little more than I wanted to pay, but they did a terrific job; the deck looks like new now and the price was well worth it. And more importantly, the product they use is environmentally safe. Thanks for making this a wonderful Service Magic experience!
