Jeremy was the tech. He presented all options and I chose the one best for my budget. He went above and beyond to provide service that will prolong the life of doors. Even though it was after five on Saturday evening,, Jeremy took the time to educate me on future care and use of new equipment. I will definitely use this company in the future--and request Jeremy.

Jeremy was very good to tell me what he was doing and why. He recommended an upgrade that I wasn't prepared cost wise to have done. He accepted my situation and proceeded to tell me what he could do to take care of the existing problem and prolong the life of the doors. I will definitely call this company again.

My vehicle was stuck in the garage due to a broken spring. ProLift's response time was fast. In less than 2 hours, and I live in the sticks, they had arrived and replaced the broken spring on my garage door. The price was also lower than all other estimates I'd received by phone that morning. I will use ProLift from here on out and recommend them to my neighbors.

We had a fantastic experience with ProLift Garage Doors. A spring broke on our 30+ year old garage door; we had been wanting to upgrade for awhile and this forced our hand. We had 3 different companies come out for an estimate. ProLift had the best price; their selection of options were great, the, Jeremy, salesman (also the installer) was courteous, knowledgeable, and very helpful. They scheduled the installation within 2 weeks. Jeremy showed up on time and was very efficient with the install. He helped explain what he was doing and showed us how to use the controller. He even took the time to help set up the built-in garage door opener in our vehicle. We would highly recommend ProLift to anyone looking to get a new garage door installed on their house!
