Ted responded with a quote in a timely manner and fit our home into his busy schedule. His workers were efficient and pleasant, and Ted stayed to supervise them. He also gave us feedback on a few of our windows, which we appreciated. The windows look amazingly clean! This was not the cheapest quote, but you get what you pay for. Will use High Definition Windows (Olathe) again.

I’ve used High Def Windows numerous times. Not only are my windows sparkling and spotless- but if there is damage etc. Ted can always point it out and I then get my windows replaced and therefore have my house more efficient. The crew is thorough and professional. They are worth every $$ I have spent in the past and will use only them in the future!

I cannot say enough good things about Ted and High Definition Window Cleaning. We hired him to clean our church, which has quite a few large and tall windows. From the first meeting with Ted to get a quote, through the cleaning process, he was professional, courteous and an absolute pleasure to work with. Ted takes pride in his company and he truly understands the needs of his customers. Our windows were super filthy, had not been professionally cleaned in years. Ted spent hours getting them clean and they look amazing! His prices are the absolute best in the KC Metro area and the other companies work doesn't even compare to his! Excellent attention to detail!

They were on time, they were thorough, they were personable and my windows looked great. The boss was very helpful in answering questions I had about maintaining exterior features on my home. I will definitely use these guys again.

Ted showed up and provided estimate in a timely manner.  The windows were very dirty and they did miss a few spots but quickly came out and corrected the spots that were missed.  The windows look great now.

It went great! Two men worked inside and one outside. They were very courteous and professional. My windows had not been cleaned in quite a while, so they had quite a job to do. They did a beautiful job and did not rush through it, as they were at my home for a little over three hours. My husband made the comment he could tell the difference and everything looked brighter when he walked in from work. The price and work were excellent.

I called and asked for an estimate and Ted came by my house the same day. Scheduled the cleaning for 5/21/15. Ted came to the house and advised that he would clean the exterior of the windows and then return with his co-worker on 5/22/15 to do the interior because it was forecast to rain on the 22nd..

Ted did all exterior on the 21st, working until approx. 7:30pm. This was impressive in that my home is a reverse 1.5 sitting on the side of a hill, requiring a lot of tall ladder movement on the sides and the back of the house. They returned on the 22nd as scheduled and cleaned the interior of all windows, carefully moving and replacing furniture as needed to complete their work.

I have owned this home for 8 years and the windows have never looked better. They did a great job, scraping the windows as necessary. o Windex for these guys. LOL.

I highly recommend them. Professional people and professional work.

They arrived on time and were very professional and polite. Plan to use them again next year.
