Definitely a 5-star rating for Harco Fence and Deck! When Mike arrived to give us a quote for a new privacy fence, the pros and cons of wood versus vinyl were discussed with absolutely no pressure tactics utilized whatsoever. The price was very competitive, and the vinyl we chose was a quality product. When it was time for the installation, the crew was extremely courteous, professional, and hard working. They treated our property with respect and cleaned up the work area each day. Mike and the crew always arrived on time which was also appreciated. We would highly recommend Harco.

I went very well. The crew was great! Very personable and helpful. If you have questions at the beginning of the process, they were patient about answering my questions. They took the time during the initial estimate to understand what I wanted. They also know their work very well and are able to make good suggestions to make the project the best it can be. I felt very comfortable having them around my home. They arrived on time and worked very hard to make things exactly as I wanted them. They really seemed to care about my wishes and took pride in the finished product. I would absolutely hire them again.

The crew showed up on time the day of the installation and everything was completed in one full day. We picked this company for an estimate based on their excellent reviews and we were not disappointed. They tore out the old fence and disposed of it and put up the new fence which was constructed on site. The fence is made of high quality wood and I have no doubt it will be here for many years to come. The price was also lower than my other bids, but we chose this company based on their reputation and reviews and the lower price was a bonus. I would highly recommend them and would hire them again.

HARCO Exteriors built a horizontal wood fence for us and they did an amazing job. We are more than pleased with how everything turned out. The fence is very high quality and way better than we expected. HARCO Exteriors way very through when walking down our yard to provide an estimate. They asked a lot of questions and thought through the details to ensure they were providing what we wanted. When performing the work HARCO communicated ahead of time the days they would work, the time they would be onsite (always arrived on time), and when all the materials would arrived. They communicated with us on progress and asked about certain choices related to how the fence would look before proceeding. They took the extra time to provide a high quality fence and paid extra attention to ensure high quality craftsmanship. Thanks you to HARCO for the great fence.

I contacted Mike at Harco to discuss my goal of replacing the high maintenance all-wood mostly cedar deck that was regularly needing cleaning, resealing and replacement of rotting wood with something that would be low maintenance and have less wood susceptible to wood. He suggested some composite material for the decking, and steps. I looked at these materials at a store and decided on a color. Besides the decking and steps, a thin sheet of the same composite material was used to overlay some boards on the side of the deck. The decking is attached with hidden clips, which looks better than screws or nails. I chose handrails made of steel with a drink rail of the same composite material. The posts are cedar and the structural joist are pressure treated.lumbar. The construction went very well. It was constructed during the winter months so bad weather was a factor. Mike gave me advanced notice when the weather was expected to be too cold to work. The workers were professional and considerate of my property. They gave me daily updates on the progress of their work. They cleaned up the yard and driveway daily and took care not to disturb the landscaping more than was absolutely needed. Overall, the work took about a week and a half. My wife and I are very pleased with our new deck. I previously had a fence installed by Harco and both experiences have been great from first contacting them for an estimate to completion of the project.

It went well. They were here on time and installed the fence within a couple of days and were very courteous. The workmanship is very good. I rated them good as opposed to excellent overall due to some confusion over the bill and my request for the size of the gate that was overlooked. But it was worked out, so overall I am pleased.

It went very well. The owners (Joe and his sons Mike & Tanner) were responsive, professional & friendly, and kept me informed throughout the bid process and especially during the building of our fence. They were very easy to work with. The crew precisely measured out our lot, and they were careful with our in-ground sprinkler system. We had newly-established sod and they did their best to minimize the damage to our yard. The one negative was that the crewman who cut off the tops of the posts with a chain saw gouged one of the siding planks on the side of our house with the saw. The foreman repaired & repainted it to our satisfaction, and I can't even tell the gouge was ever there. Several of our neighbors have commented very favorably on our fence, and one of our next-door neighbors asked me for HARCO's number so that she can request a bid. Good job, guys!

They spent one day putting in the posts and getting up the framework and the second day they installed the pickets and gate. The quality of their work was outstanding and was everything we were wanting. If you hire this company you will get exactly what you want and will not have any disappointments.

Remove existing fence, replace with new fence. Sounds like simple job… but it wasn’t. My back yard has over a dozen trees with massive root systems and a matrix of buried utility cables. So great care was needed in removing old posts and installing new ones. And Tanner and his crew did just that. These guys are really good. And fast. They had the old fence down on Friday and the new one up on Monday. And the job was perfect in every way. Communication before, during, and after the job was excellent. No job is ever as drawn up, and as issues arose, they were addressed and solved with professional efficiency. This review is long overdue and I regret not writing it sooner. Since completing our fence, HARCO has installed a fence for my brother and two others for neighbors and friends. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Ever.

We got several bids for this project, and Harco's was the most competitive. In addition, they also put in the most work up front to come and talk to us, inform us of our options. The work took about two days. They did a phenomenal job, cleaned up everything afterwards, and walked us around to make sure we were satisfied with the job. In addition, there were some challenges with our house because of the landscaping in the back. They navigated all of that really well, and did not assess us any additional costs. Very happy with their work.

Mike was very nice to talk to from the moment he showed up for an estimate. He answered my questions and worked with me to get a fence that would last but also me our HOA rules. I ended up with a strong and sturdy fence with only one problem. They put a picket just an inch above one of my sprinkler heads. That sprinkler won't rise and water my lawn like it used to and Harco stated they don't look for sprinkler heads and I need my sprinkler company to move it.

The crew arrived on time on the day scheduled to remove and haul off the old fence. They then set the new post. The following day they put up the new metal fence. The fence looks great and we have received a number of compliments from our neighbors and total strangers. The crew from Harco did a good job of cleaning up the debris from the job and they did an exceptional job of disturbing as little a possible our landscaping that surrounded the area were the fence was installed. It was a very good experience dealing with this company from beginning to end.
