Chris is very easy to talk to and answered questions very honestly and explained in a way I could understand. He took the time to share his expertise on what items needed to be fix immediately, provided a possible solution on how it could possibly be fixed, and what could be secondary. Great inspection and radon report. Detailed report and summary report with photos. Came early and got the report to us fast in a PDF. We used them twice as the first inspection revealed too many issues and we dodged a bullet! Chris was great. Our agent liked him so much she recommended him to other clients who also avoided a problem home. We feel confident that the home we are buying is sound and are aware of the small things we need to fix. Thank you Chris!!

Chris came out on the weekend to do our inspection which was really a big help since we are so busy during the week. He was polite, thorough, and had no problem with us asking questions during the process, and after the inspection was done and we received his report, which we got in a timely manner.
