Our home we sold was priced at the high end based upon market appraisal's so negotiations with buyers were somewhat challenging. Even after first buyer fell through, Brett had kept in close communication with other interested buyers and had another buyer on the hook the same day. He worked closely throughout the process of selling our home to make sure the deal went all the way through.
During all of that, we also had a new home under contract with a contingency on selling of our previous home and he kept that deal together as well with constant and solid communication with the other agent. All in all, I don't think you could possibly go wrong working with Brett. He's a solid Christian man and certainly does his work as if he were working for the Lord. (Colossians 3:23-24)
