I've had my dog groomed here before with no problems. When I dropped him off this last time I was asked how I wanted him cut. I said the same as last time. My dog is a Bichon and usually they are groomed with a fuller face and lean body. Well, they practically shaved him down! I was not happy when I picked him up, but the staff didn't care and wouldn't do anything about it. Also, like another reviewer said, they insisted he be vaccinated for canine influenza. When I asked how many cases of dog flu have occurred in Kansas, she couldn't answer me. I felt it was an unnecessary expense. I won't be taking my dog here for grooming again.

I would never suggest this place to anyone. You need to stay FAR AWAY!! Every time that we come into this place we never leave for less than $100. Last time we went in just for a haircut for the dog and they said we must have a flu shot for the her before they would even do anything. They also said it was a 2 part shot so we assumed that the first payment would have included the follow up. Oh NO. Today we went back for just the shot and it was another $108. They pressured our son into doing other work on the dog that wasn't truly needed. We are done with them and will be making sure everyone we know never comes back here.

They do a really good job and they work with us on scheduling. They do the whole package of washing, trimming, clipping nails, and so on. You can pay extra to have the nails rounded as well as having their teeth brushed. They are really great! My dog loves to go here! He starts yipping before we even get to the parking lot and will run to the door when we get in. He always looks great and is never cut. If he's due for a shot, they will also do this at the time of grooming. If I want something checked on him, they will call the doctor in to take a look at him.

They're fantastic! They have a plan for grooming every two weeks at a discounted rate. They're very professional and great with our dog and ndash; who actually loves it there! We'll probably stay with them.
