Had a very positive experience with Gianni and Balboa Restoration & Renovation. Bought a house that he did a roof on a few years ago and had some issues because the former owner modified the new roof creating a leak when we had high winds and rain. Gianni came out and found the issue and worked with me on the repairs. Highly recommend their company.

The specific crew that Gianni (the owner) had on our project did house repairs and caulking and then full house painting. They did an excellent job and their attention to detail and focus on a top quality work was outstanding.

Gianni and the Balboa team did an excellent job on our wood rot and painting project for our home. When I had a question about the project, Gianni stopped by to discuss it. He was very accessible. The scope of the project changed a little and he even decreased our agreed upon price. Not many contractors would do that on a project. We are extremely happy with the results and our house looks amazing now. I highly recommend!

Gianni and Balboa construction did a great job making repairs to the stairs on our deck. They disassembled the Trex and replaced the wooden risers. They were able to reuse the Trex and adjusted to some hidden challenges and scope growth. They were prompt, professional, and courteous.

Balboa has done a number of exterior projects for us over the years. From wood rotting repairs and painting to deck repairs, they are always very professional and timely all at a reasonable price. I highly recommend!

He listened to all my requests and tried take care of them all. They are not the cheapest but easy to work with, friendly, listened well. I did find some things they missed initially but fixed them when I had pointed them out.

Balboa was quick efficient, professional thorough, and neat. There were some sheet metal repairs that were needed on the masonry parapets of my 115-year-old house that were quite challenging to repair. Through persistence Balboa found a company that would custom bend the sheet metal to make the entire structure waterproof now.

I called 4 different painters to come give ne quotes. Balboa is the only one that showed up, gave me a fair quote and came out to do it as scheduled. They were so friendly and helpful. The paint was done and looks like a new house. The owner told me they do other work too, so you can bet I will use them for any repairs going forward. Balboa is the best.

Our experience was EXCELLENT! From my first meeting with the project manager to the very end, when everything was complete, the process was smooth and flawless! Our roof is beautiful and makes the house really pop! The owner even came to the job several times to check in on us and afterwards for one final walkthrough. Couldn't be more happy! Very happy with my new roof. Really appreciate the good communication. They also replaced all the guttering and replaced ceiling tiles in my home that were damaged due to leakage from the damaged roof. Happy with everything!! Would highly recommend them.

They installed new gutters, finished the project on the same day. They cleaned up very well and did the final walkthrough multiple times. Balboa was great! I was informed every step of the way what would happen and when. They arrived on time each day and the project was done timely and they did a great job of clean up at the end! The end result was beautiful new siding. A job well done!
