We specialize in servicing all major household appliances and HVAC by an experienced staff of factory certified technicians who are honest, friendly and all-around nice dudes. Our service call is $90 and it is free if you do a repair! We service refrigerators, ice makers, washers, dryers, ovens, dishwashers, garbage disposals, water heaters, AC and Furnaces. We service all major brands. We are Consumer 5 Star Rated on Google and a Nextdoor Favorite 3 years in a row! All repairs and parts include a warranty.

I rarely take the time to write a review and when I do it is usually to warn others...but this one is just the opposite. I find it extremely rare these days to find quality, competent service so when I find it, I feel obligated to share my experience. I recently had a refrigerator issue that I tried repairing myself but finally flew the white flag of surrender and decided I needed an expert. I called a few places and was immediately impressed when Appliance 911 immediately answered the phone with a real human being that was polite and quickly took down my information and scheduled an appointment for the following day. Next they texted a confirmation of the appointment, a reminder the next morning and another to confirm they were on their way as planned. Justin was my service technician and he showed up on time, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to diagnose and explain the issue and helped to resolve it in no time. Honest, knowledgeable, friendly and supper reasonable pricing. Would 100% recommend them if you have any appliance or HVAC needs. I will certainly call them the next time I have an issue.

Small Appliance Repair
We had problems with our LG refrigerator in April of 2021. We called Appliance 911. The technician diagnosed the problem as a bad compressor. He had an aftermarket replacement and stated it had a two-year warranty for parts and workmanship. It turns out that LG had a recall on the compressors for that model year, however, the recall expiration date was in February and had expired. So, we felt compelled to go ahead and replace the compressor with the aftermarket one from Appliance 911. Fast forward to March 2022 when the fridge went out again. We called Appliance 911 to come back. They diagnosed the issue as "leaking oil" and cleaned it out and it seemed to be working for a while. However, over the following months the refrigerator would start to get very noisy and then fail. We called them back three more times and each time performed the same operation. Finally, the owner, Justin, stated that if this happened again, he would simply refund our initial money and we would be free to either find a new repair place or purchase a new refrigerator. On October 31 if this year, the compressor started making an even louder noise and went out the next day. We, of course, called Justin at Appliance 911 who confirmed our 2-year warranty. He came out and looked at it and told me that he would, indeed, refund our money because there was nothing left he could do for our refrigerator. I purchased a new refrigerator. We then waited for the refund but he never sent the check. We exchanged text messages over the next few weeks where he stated multiple times that the check had been mailed. He even apologized for the delay because of being in the hospital. I was compassionate about that and waited a few more days and contacted him again. He eventually brought a check over and put it our mailbox, but not for the full amount. At this point, he became very belligerent and confrontive and stated he had refunded enough and I was being unreasonable for wanting him to stay to his word for a refund of the full amount. I called him on 12/29 and he essentially cussed me out and called me things that should not be repeated outside of a TV-MA movie. I simply want him to follow through with his word and follow-through with what he said he was going to do. I had to purchase a new refrigerator. My mistake was that I should have called an LG certified repair person who would have been able to support my problem adequately. Bottom line, Justin is not a man of his word. He lied to me about the check already being sent and he did not pay what was owed. Second, he was not competent in performing the work by adequately repairing the compressor which was the part under recall. They should have initially requested for us to call LG and have them do the work. I simply want the remaining of what is owed to me and this can go away.

Everything about Appliance911 & Justin (the owner) was superb! They were communicative when our initial appt time wasn’t going to work. Justin even went ahead and ordered the part for what he thought might be wrong with my fridge, so that when he came it was able to be repaired on the spot. Our LG refrigerator stopped cooling. After researching appliance repair companies, I called Appliance 911; and I am very happy I did. Justin and Troy came out the same day, had exactly what was needed, and proceeded to make the repairs. They were very knowledgeable, reasonable, efficient, and polite. They went above and beyond, and we were extremely pleased with their service and commitment. We will definitely call them in the future should we need an appliance repair. They also have an HVAC serviceman who we will be using in the future. Call Appliance 911, you will be very happy you did!

Justin is amazing. He was able to determine that I had not one, but two problems that needed to be resolved. His diagnostic ability is amazing. Not only is he excellent at what he does but I appreciate his communication skills. He explained what he determined the problem to be, told me the resolution and part that needed to be installed, contacted me with an update when the part was delayed and showed up when he promised. I would highly recommend Justin to any homeowner looking for service.

On Friday, 2/26/21, I realized my refrigerator/freezer had stopped working -- and my freezer had defrosted. I was stressed as I was leaving town on Monday, 3/1. Appliance911 was so cooperative and they were able to have someone come out on 2/27! I was amazed that they were able to respond so quickly. Justin was incredibly informative and knowledgeable. He anticipated the problem and picked up the part before he arrived. Not only was he courteous and helpful, but he was aware that this LG model was under a class action suit and offered to provide me with information -- truly above and beyond. I am so appreciative of Appliance911 for such prompt response and to Justin for his ability to get my appliance diagnosed and working that morning. I have already referred them to someone and will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

The two technicians were prompt and friendly and diagnosed the problem, but, unfortunately, the failed valve is no longer manufactured and there is no substitute or after market part. The ice maker could not be repaired.

I am 82. I spent a year without an oven. It hurt my heart more than my pocket. They acknowledged that their employee (who they fired) cheated me. They reordered the failed part and promised to make it “right for me.” I spent a miserable isolated winter without an oven. I am 82. They hurt me.

I had to fix a specialty refrigerator for Kimchi. Although the brand was rare, the crew came out thoroughly inspected it and fixed it. 7 months later, I got another problem but this time they couldn't fix it due to the part issue imported from South Korea. When it was apparent that they couldn't meet 1 year warranty promise, they reimbursed me for the value lost. I appreciate their professionalism even when things get tough.

Awful! They finally called us back and claimed the could diagnose without seeing the refrigerator. He said he would order the part and call back in a couple of days when it arrived. We never heard another word from them.

It went horribly. The technician arrived on time and was nice enough but it went downhill from there. He did not know what he was doing. He managed to flood my laundry room, pantry and water even ran into my basement. From there, he was more concerned about taking pictures to protect the company than finish his work. He then said he added a new pump but the machine still did not work and made even more noise. When a different technician came a week later, he said the machine was so messed up by 911 that he could not fix it. I ended up having to buy a brand new washer. It was a disaster and I don’t recommend this company. They don’t know what they are doing.
