One of the sinks in the hall bathroom shares the drain with the master bath sink.  When the master bath sink was used it backed up in the hall bath sink.  Chad was able to auger the drain and clear the clog in a short amount of time.  We have used Andys Pipe Dream in the past and have been very satisfied with the service we have received.  Always prompt and professional.

Called main number, they took my information - within 10 mins I had a returned call wanting to know if 11-1 time frame that day would work.  He showed up 3 mins before 11 and finished the work around 12:30.  Very pleased

I called Andy's after my main sump pump quit working.  They were able to get right out and replace the sump pump and install the battery backup pump.Chad did a great job and had everything working in a short amount of time.  I have used Andy's several time over the past few years and have never been disappointed in the work they have done for me.  They are always quick to respond and they always do a great job.

Our main sump pump was making ugly noises and the battery backup pump started to pump instead of the main.  Called Andys and asked them to come out  as soon as possible, as a huge thunderstorm was on the way. They came out the next morning earlier than expected.  Chad inspected both pumps and determined that the main pump was shot. He replaced the main with a heavy duty metal pump, not the plastic junk that was bad.  He also checked out our battery backed up pump to ensure proper operation. He said that it was a cheap pump, but why mess with it if it was working?  Other, less than ethical people, would probably have said that it needed to be replaced, adding extra cost to the bill. That's why I'll use Andys from now on, and you should also. Honest, competitively priced, prompt and professional plumbers.

Easy to place the service call appointment.  Very timely in performing the work once the appointment was made.  On time for the appointment.  Reviewed how the operation of the toilet flush and the filling of water then listened for over filling and using more water since parts not operating correctly.  Explained what was happening and the reasons.  Could of purchased parts separately or purchase a whole replacement which was much cheaper to do then to do the repair on a per piece basis.  Each toilet had turn off values on the water line going to the toilets so there was no cost to have these installed.  Two year warranty on these parts if anything should happen on this work.

Chad was prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. Gave us options and explained the benefits to each. We have been through other plumbers and we are very happy with Chad and Andy?s Pipe Dream. We will use them again.

Calling a plumber sucks. Especially for someone who feels like they should be able to fix household issues themselves (regardless of how accurate that is). That's where Andy's Pipe Dream comes in. I've had Chad with Andy's Pipe Dream out to my house on three separate occasions. APD is the best plumbing service I've ever dealt with. Professional, honest, and efficient. I'll speak about the two times I had them do work. The first time I had just installed wood floors in my kitchen and when I was hooking up the dishwasher I couldn't get the water line not to leak. After messing around with it for a coupe hours I broke down and called. They got me in the next day. They arrived early after calling and seeing if it was OK. Chad looked at what was going on and recommended a couple options and gave estimates for all. I decided to run a new line with a new shut off. The price was reasonable and it was the best option since the previous owner had peicemealed the broken line together. Got it fixed and was billing at the end and he gave me a 10% discount for being a Angies List Member. So reasonable became super reasonable. While he was out I had him give me a estimate on a new water heater since mine had started to leak. A month later it was leaking quite a bit and time to replace. Came out on a Saturday morning. Two and a half hours later, I had a nice new hot water heater. On the previous time out he realized that the venting was wrong and he recommended a stubby heater so the venting would be angled correctly. He fixed all that, added new shut offs and walked me through the new features. Oh and we talked about how much it would cost to put a floor urinal in. By the way, they are not cheap. Dreams crushed. APD is a great business. I can't recommend them enough. If you need a plumber give them a call.

We have had problems with two different toilets running excessively. That, along with much higher water bills for the last two months, led us to call Andy's Pipe Dream for help.

Andy responded immediately after our phone call.  He was able to work around an existing appointment that we had to schedule Chad to come to our house and assess the situation.  Chad called shortly before the earliest time in the window that Andy gave us and then arrived a short time later.

As always, Chad was very professional and polite.  He checked the toilets and told us what he believed the problem was (flappers). Because the type of flappers necessary for our toilets was not one that he generally carries on his truck he had to go to a store and get them.  He returned immediately after purchasing the flappers and went right to work replacing them.  He was finished a short time later.

Chad is extremely helpful. He always talks through the problem we are having and provides options for solving the problem. I always appreciate his efforts to help us.

On Sunday afternoon we noticed that we had no hot water. First thing on Monday morning I called Andy's Pipe Dream to see if someone could come to figure out what kind of problem we were experiencing. Fortunately, Chad was able to come to our house that afternoon.

Chad made it to our house within the time frame we were told, checked our water heater and then explained the various problems we might be experiencing. Since replacing the thermocouple was the cheapest as well as a very likely solution to our problem, that's what we had him do. He was great about explaining that it was possible that replacing the thermocouple might not be the ultimate solution for us but felt it was a place to start.

So far, everything seems to be working just fine. I appreciate Chad's explanations and willingness to work with us. As always, he was very professional and efficient.

I called the office at 8 am and the person answering the phone was very polite and friendly.  She took down my information and passed it on to the schedulers who promptly called me about 5 minutes later.  They informed me that they could come that same day between 2-4 pm.  About a half hour after that, I received another call from them stating that they could actually fit me in earlier and that they could be there in about 15 minutes.  I was thrilled!! We called Andy's Pipe Dream at around 9:00 am and Chad showed up about 25 min after we called.  He was very knowledgeable and I now feel I have the right "go to" guy for any plumbing project.  He finished in about an hour and even wanted to spray paint the new pipe he installed so it didn't stick out so much.  This project was for a house we were selling, but excited to find someone to call for our new house.

Had constant problems with the basement floor drain backing up and overflowing when water was discharging from the washing machine, dishwasher, and kitchen sink. Cause was due to stoppage being in the floor drain located under the foundation wall and no access to without causing damage to the foundation, possible collapse of pipe also. I've used Andy's Pipe Dream before and was quite satisfied with their service. I was relieved when Chad contacted me, I knew that a true professional would be addressing my problem. Chad is a man of integrity, he takes pride in his work, and is very knowledgible in his profession. Chad had to run new pipe, and dig a hole ( all by hand ) of about 2x4 feet wide and roughly 4 feet in depth to make the new connection to the main drainline. The entire process lasted from 8am to about 6:30 at night, I never saw him take a break or even timeout for lunch. When he arrived at 8am, he began by building a barrier to prevent dust and dirt from accessing any area that the concrete cutters weren't working, Chad is very attentive to detail. Chad finished the day by back filling the hole with the enormous amount of dirt that was in my rec room, and by topping with concrete ( a concrete professional would be jealous of the finish project ). No mess was left by Chad!. If your just looking for a plumber then call someone else. If your looking for a true professional who gives 110% in everything he does, is attentive to detail, knowledgible in his profession, and has outstanding integrity, call Chad with Andy's Pipe Dream!!!. Will absolutely use again, and will highly recommend!.
