He repaired the elevator, but could not get the light to come on. So, we had to hire an electrician to do that, and they will hopefully take care of it tomorrow,

"We are sorry but unfortunately we traced the problem you had a burned out circuit breaker in the breaker box in the basement. We are not licensed to work on the house electrical only the elevator electrical after the disconnect in the shaft. That is why we had you call the electrician to change out the bad breaker. Once he did that and power was restored to the shaft disconnect, the elevator lights worked. Thank you for the opportunity."

Ed was wonderful to work with. My mother and father-in-law needed a stairlift in order to be able to stay in their home and not go to assisted living. They came out the next day to assess it and had it installed by Wednesday. It was a great price, only two stimulus payments. :)Thank you for the great service and helping them stay in their home!

Ed and son John are a 5-star team. The chair lift was installed carefully and quickly and works great. Every detail was taken care of including adjusting the chair to the right height for my wife and routing the power cord under the floor. Ed and John were very kind and considerate to my wife. She told me she is not afraid to use the chair now. We love the remote controls. We look forward to doing business with Ed and John again.
