We have been serving the Kansas City metropolitan area, including Johnson County, since 1984. We believe our customers deserve to have the job done correctly and professionally the first time. We promise to do just that in a polite, courteous manner, while being clean and careful in our work. "Hi Cindy, We know that a lack of communication can be ridiculously frustrating. We pride ourselves on our punctuality and our customer service. Our slogan is It's About The Relationship and we live by that every day. Unfortunately, life gets in the way of business sometimes, and we weren't able to help you with your project. We had some unforeseen circumstances with a couple of technicians that have held them out of the office since late last week. We have struggled to keep up because of those internal issues, but we are working to make sure this situation does not happen again. "Thank you for the feedback. We offer appointment arrival windows that are typically 2 hours wide in order to not waste your day. Being toward the end of the window is still within the window. Also, to clean out a dryer vent we have to go from the inside out because we don?t want to push any obstructions further in. We have to start from the inside and push them out of the home to get those lines clear."
