I am 35 years old with a 10 year old son whom I love dearly. I adore my family and every second I spend with them. I truly love my job and take pride in my work. As a local business owner, I am focused on helping you with your needs as an individual and/or family, as well as those in the community. "Thank you for taking the time to reach out and tell us about your most recent experience with our company. We do offer free estimates to our customers for larger jobs however this was a service call that required us to send a certified specialist to your home ready to resolve the issue for you. We revisited the initial call with [Member Name Removed] and our customer concierge team as well as with the specialist, Jay, who visited the home. [Member Name Removed] , your concierge for this service call, discussed with [Member Name Removed] the $150 invoice minimum process and how the options are presented to all homeowners to choose what is best for them and their family. After your specialist arrived and assessed the concern, he discussed 6 options with [Member Name Removed] and her dad which included different levels of worry-free warranty that we offer with our drain cleaning services. After reviewing all options, [Member Name Removed] chose to move forward with the Economy+ option which included the one-year warranty you are referring to. The line was cleared, the area cleaned up as promised at the conclusion of service and received a 5-star review on google that has since been removed. We did identify a gap in our procedures as far as the original email request for a breakdown that came in after our initial visit for a breakdown of the invoice which has since been addressed. Due to our prices being structured as a flat rate and the way we present our customers with solutions, we do not offer an itemized invoice. When [Member Name Removed] was contacted by the office, her request was taken into consideration for the warranty to be refunded by a member of our management staff. After reviewing and consulting with another member of the team, she was able to issue the refund for the warranty in the amount of $300 and explained how the refund process would work. We value all our customers and appreciate the opportunity to service them and their families. It is our goal to provide the best possible customer experience from start to finish and feedback makes that possible."

As for the faucet, yes, you were still charged for the time invested in the install. Sean was under the impression the faucet was going to be returned per conversation which is why he completely dissembled it and placed everything back into the box after installing the faucet and trying to dislodge the calcium deposit that clogged it. Calcium buildup in your water lines can be a pesky little monster that builds up throughout your homes water distribution system. Its eventually coats the walls of the pipes and water heater similar to a clogged artery. When you shut the water system down in your home it takes pressure off the deposits, sometime causing them to dislodge. Then when the water is turned back on those loose deposits rapidly shoot through the water line and sometimes clog. When the customer provides the faucet or if we do there becomes a thin line between investing time in dislodging calcium deposits (racking up a large bill for time invested) or simply returning it and starting fresh. Never the less we are happy you shared your experience and will offer a 15% discount for your next service with De Hart Plumbing Heating & Cooling, your satisfaction is my TOP priority."

If you are going to advertise 24/7 Emergency service at least have the courtesy to call someone back! Thankfully I was able to get H&H plumbing to come out and help me out.
"Our on call tech was leaded with emergence calls this weekend. We checked our records and data usage for the on call phone and cant find a voicemail with your name or one we didn't call back. Truly sorry for the situation but its save to assume we must of had some type of connectivity issue."

"We will send you the invoice ASAP. My Apologies for not giving it to you while i was at your house. And yes your home was far outside of our service range (30 Mile Radius from the center of Manhattan KS) and in an area i was very unfamiliar with. I got lost :( .But Keep in mind we did not charge you any extra for travel expenses. Your first hour rate was $85 when we normally would have charged $125 for the additional travel time. We really appreciate your business and will certainly be on time next time."
The plumber was very polite and knowledgeable. Very easy to deal with. He got right to work and fixed the issue. The clog was nearly 60' down the drain pipe so it took him a little bit to clear it. I would definitely use him again.
