The job was very simple. I did not have any problems with them.

They came out to my office and there was an onsite shredding. The gentleman was very polite and gave me a Certificate of destruction after work which is very important for me as an attorney. He came on time, didn't take long, and it was worth the money. I did not have any problems with them. I am using them again.

They were very professional and friendly from the first phone call. Service tech showed up on time and was very courteous and quick. Before I new it, he had shredded everything as I watched and we concluded the transaction. Took maybe 15-20 minutes start to finish.

I called the company and described what items that I needed to be shredded. I had 48 Banker's boxes containing various paper items. They called me back with the estimate. I was given the day that they would come and was told it would be during the afternoon. Although I didn't have an exact time of day, they did call about 45 minutes before they were to arrive. They shredded everything and also disposed of the boxes. About 2 weeks later, I took 2 Banker's boxes to them which contained 11 hard drives and many old VHS tapes that I no longer wanted. They had explained that I did not have enough material of this type to warrant the truck coming to my home, so I dropped these items off during their regular business hours. Again, I had been given a quote for this service and was charged just what they said. I was very satisified with their services and would recommend them to others.

I called the company and was transferred to a sales staff member who was very helpful and courteous. They provided a cost based on my explanation of the number of boxes and trash containers and charged exactly what was originally offered. Although they don't normally make appointments due to the uncertainty of how long each planned stop will take, they worked with us after finding out we had to travel from out of town. They offered us two options and arrived promptly. They shredded all of the paper and then offered to dispose of the boxes also. Overall, we were very satisfied.
