Exceptionally well. The crew of 3 were on time, were very polite, took care of my home and did an excellent job of installing my windows and repairing and replacing all of the wood trim.  It was a very good experience!

This experience was so bad, it was almost humiliating. I clearly explained the situation to the Champion reservationist who took my reservation for an estimate. I wanted to replace a single window with a glass block window. She was friendly and scheduling the appointment was painless. They were able to come a few days later.
However, when the sales representative arrived, and he saw that the scope of the project was limited to a single window, he was visibly disgusted and made every effort to make me feel like I was wasting his time. He basically ignored me, or gave me rude one-word answers to my questions. 
He made a very obviously pointless effort to measure the window. He didn't even pretend to be precise, he barely even held the tape measure up to the window. He was just going through the motions so he could say he went through the motions.
He spent maybe a total of 1 minute looking at the inside and outside of the window before writing me what I will call a "F***K YOU, DON'T WASTE OUR TIME" quote over almost $1,100 to do a single 2' x 3' window. He then told me that, unless I wanted to replace 6-7 other windows in the house, we weren't worth his time.
He said if we were willing to replace more than one window, he could cut that estimate in half. When I told him that wasn't in the plans, he tossed the estimate at me, got up and left. He didn't even make eye contact or shake my hand. Again, it was obvious that he was disgusted to have to waste his time speaking with me about my one-window project.
I've never had an experience this poor with a vendor, and I suggest that everyone avoids Champion Window at any cost. 

Champion is great. They gave me a quality product at a reasonable price. Their people are very professional and courteous. We will continue to use this company.

It went very good. They have done a good job in dealing with any minor issues.

Estimate and work was done in a timely and professional manner. Quality is excellent.

Champion provided me with great service.  They cleaned up very well and did a beautiful job with their craftsmanship.

The main problem was we got right in an installation team firing 2nd hiering of new install team.

I would consider the company again if they revise their pricing.  The salesman, Herb Adams, was professional, organized, knowledgeable, and punctual.  It appears that Champion manufactures a high-quality product that they warranty "as long as you own the house".  Not quite sure what that means.  I was told the warranty is transferable to new owners.  My choice to not go with them came down to the price, and not just because they were slightly higher than everyone else.  They quoted a flat fee and would not break it down to tell you how much you are paying for the window, labor, operation costs, fuel surcharge, or whatever is included in the price.  I just couldn't get passed that, Champion knows how much they charge for a window they just choose not to share it.  Why?  If you can accept not knowing specifically what you are paying for, then I would recommend them.

One of my coworkers told me this morning that they recently had all of their windows and a set of french doors replaced by Champion.  My coworker was given a detailed bid, with all the different pricing broken down.

Excellent installation.

They did not comply with the time frame given for the completion of the project. We felt the project stretched out far too long. Some inaccurate measuring of windows occurred which delayed the completion.

Up front about what could and could not be done.  Price was not changed.  On time.  Came back to fix window frame that another company's employee broke.  (no cost)

Lousy windows much smaller than represented 3 of 5 didn't work right. 1 bush broken in installation.

No problems. Crew that did windows were quick, in a day they were done. Very professional. Siding took two days. Crew left some scraps laying around but not too bad.

Arrived on time installed in out day as promise & cleaned up left me instruction & Demon started operation - A big success.

Initially they installed 1window, then 9 windows and just this spring they installed 5 more. The sales guys that come out will work with you to save you money. He recommended low cost alternatives that really saved me money. Instead of installing traditional windows, he recommend picture windows in areas where I don't typically need to open the windows. On one visit the technician noticed a scratch on the window. He told me that wouldn't work and he wanted to order a new window. Eventually they installed a new window that looks perfect. They even gave me a year supply of window cleaner. That was really impressive to say the least! We spent good money on this project but they were very competitive with their rates. I really felt like they were looking out for me. I have recommended them to anyone who is looking for quality windows. I can't say enough about them. I was really impressed that they let me install just one window to see how it would work but still guarantee the price for another 6 months...wow!

This company was very professional.  We shopped around to a lot of companies and chose Champion because they had great quality windows.  They had two people come and install all the windows in one day.  They even taped the windows with plastic so dust would not get in our home.  They cleaned up all the mess in the yard when finished.  This experience was just perfect.  They weren't the cheapest but the quality was by far the best.

They were great. The windows are wonderful and I love them. The crew that came out had a lot of years of experience working together, about 15 years. It went very smoothly and they did a wonderful job. The experience I had with my siding, was that four days after it was put on, my area was hit with a horrible hail storm. It tore up the back of my house. I called and asked them about it, and they didn't have to but they replaced the siding on the back of my house as well as the gutters.

I was pleased with Chpampion windows. They look great. Installed on time. And I would not hesitate to recommmend to family and friends.

The job went great.  Sure, we had a couple of hiccups, but its not the fact that you have the hiccups, it's how you deal with them with they arise and Champion dealt with each promptly and professionally.  I want to single out our sales rep, Brian Andrade, who was there for us from start to finish and even well after both doors were installed.  If I called or sent a text to Brian on his cell, within an hour, I had a response.  When I asked for a contact in service to handle an issue, Brian responded that he would gladly take care of the matter.  Thoughout the process Brian and Champion were responsive, straight-forward and fair. I couldn't ask for anything more.  We love our new doors and they change the whole look of the front entry way to the house, not to mention the money they save us in utility bills.  As a side note, we made several changes in the color of the hardware we used on the doors.  Although unable to accomodate all of our requests as some were simply unreasonable, in almost all cases, all of our requests were met with a smile.  Champion has done wonders for our curb appeal and the overall pride we have in our 20 year old home.  Thank you Champion!

Sales person was responsive to my financial needs. Note that Champion runs a 30% off deal in the spring.

I could not be happier with the quality of the windows. Champion did not offer the choice between single vs double hung. But I have learned my lesson since installing singles. Double is the way to go, especially on the second floor!

I am impressed with the sturdy frame, the foam insulation, the wool buffer between the sliding window and the frame. I like that the screens easily slide up and down, so it is not necessary to remove the screen when I want to water the plants on my windowsill.

The vinyl wrapping was done with vinyl coated metal, forming crisp lines around the window frame. The two men installing the windows and wrapping did a very clean job with a neat finished product. They used caulk that was colored to match the vinyl.

I never got a written estimate.  What I didn't like is he didn't put his estimate in writing, he just looked at it and said ya, it'll cost you about this much.  He didn't give me a formal quote, maybe he wasn't that interested because he figured I wouldn't do it with him.  I don't know.

They have friendly staff people and quality windows.

We were happy with the product and installation.  I thought the salesman was a little fast and slick.  The original paperwork didn't match what he had told us, but we called them.  They corrected it.
