It was a very good experience. The person that I worked with, Danielle Coon, was prompt, efficient, and professional. Be sure to ask for her. I have no experience with any of their other representatives. Their rates were competitive (I shopped around), as were their fees. Initially, their fees were slightly higher than one of their competitors, but they will match another offer if you have it in writing. So I shopped around, and in the end, I got the best of both with them, competitive rates and the lowest possible fees. Some internet lenders had slightly lower rates, but I was worried about going with them because I wanted to be sure the loan would go through, and I could count on someone to pay attention to my closing. The small difference (.10-.25 point) didn't seem worth it to me.
