Alex was very friendly and helpful. I thought the labor and trip fee should have been the same since it was within the hour but never the less, great job. He was the only one to call within minutes of the request and was able to set up appointment promptly, he was late but then in the business you never really can count on the time for the prior commitment. Thanks again Alex ,we really appreciate you getting the system to work.
