The Other Guy Appliance Repair

Service guy came to repair my washing machine which stopped at the spinning cycle. He saw what the problem was and fixed it right away. The cost wasn’t too bad either. Would definitely use again.

The repairman was quick, arrived when he said he would and got the work done quickly and efficiently. More importantly, he gave me the info I needed about whether to keep the refrigerator if the repair didn't completely fix the problem (it's an 18 year old appliance) and what he would do if it were him.

He had my machine up and running in less than 15 minutes. Sure saved me from buying another one. He advised me to hold onto my old machine for as long as possible since the new ones are not as long lived. I would highly recommend to anyone needing an appliance repaired.

Tim was here within an hour of the phone call as he said he would be. He was courteous, professional and had us fixed in no time (idler pulley was worn) as he had a replacement part in the truck.

The Other Guy appliance repair was able to come out the next day to diagnose our broken dryer. The heating element needed to be replaced and he had the part in his truck so he was able to fix it right then. The dyer is working great now. We were also able to pay with a credit card which made it extra convenient. I'm not sure how much repairs normally cost but it seemed a bit high to me. Though considering the excellent service and punctuality I'd use these guys again

It didn't. We ended up not having the work done because it wasn't going to be worth it.

Tim was very professional and explained what was wrong with each of the ice makers and why they were not performing as designed. One replacement he had on his truck, the other needed to be ordered. The ordered part was received and installed the next day. Price was fair and the service outstanding. I'll definitely refer him to friends and use The Other Guy again.

They were great. They were so fast and they had the part with them. It took them about 15 minutes. I will forever call this company for services and it was a great experience.

Tim, who used to work for another company and now owns his own business, came out to my house to look at my 1951 wedgewood stove.  He had fixed the same pilot housing problem years ago but indicated that he might not be able to find the part now because it was not in his inventory book but that he would try to find a solution.  While at my house, he called some vendors and looked at internet sites that might be able to help.  He spent a good 30 minutes at my home.  As of now, we are in the process of hunting down the part that I need.  What I appreciated about Tim was that he did not charge me a service charge.  Can you believe that?  He said when/if we get the part, we'll worry about the payment.  I can't think of anything more honest and fairer than that.
