When I dropped my van off I was told it was going to be 30 minutes. I went to pick up my van 45 minutes later, and found out that my van had not been put in the computer so it would be another 45 minutes. This has been the 2nd time that it has happened.

My husband had attempted to install them and was having problems. I went back out to the store and they installed them for free. They also had some issues with changing parts on the new wipers, but was able to get them installed perfectly.

I went in after work to get my tire fixed. They had said that it would take about an hour, and that they would call me when I was finished. Two hours went by--no phone call. I went back to the tire center and asked them how my tire was going. They then made me wait, and finally told me that they would not be able to fix my tire because they did not have the right size. I then proceeded to tell them to just put my spare back on and I would go to a different place. The service tech went back into the back, and came out to the lobby a short time later and said that all of a sudden they got the right size. hmm. it was still another two hours after that before I had my vehicle back. And the only reason I got my vehicle back is because it was almost 9pm at night (when they closed), and I went in there and they were just standing around--my car was finished but I did not get a phone call or anything. Very unprofessional. Will not be using them ever again.

I would use them again.
