Peerless Tire

I had purchased tires from peerless approximately 1 year prior to the latest service at Peerless Tires in Hays, Kansas. The tires purchased had premature wear and I was not satisfied with the longevity. The manager (Carmen) was very apologetic and told me to drive the tires for a while longer to get a few more miles out of them and then bring it is. When I took the vehicle back Carmen adjusted the premature wear and gave me $200.00 off on the replacement set (which was a different brand). They took the vehicle to the mounting area and replaced and balanced all 4 wheals and tires and I was on the road within 30 minutes. The staff was very polite and punctual. They seemed as if they wanted to please their customers in every aspect. I would recommend peerless Tires in Hays, Kansas to all.

I arrived and was promptly welcomed. The service personnel were responsive and suggested tires that fit my needs. They offered extra services without being pushy with them. Very quickly they pulled my car around to change the tires. Before I even had a chance to get settled with my book they had finished doing their work and I was very quickly on my way. It was a great experience, fast, great cost, and great help.
