Santa Fe Air Conditioning has been "Making Life Comfortable" since 1987. We hold both Master Mechanical and Master Electrical licenses. Our company is large enough to meet all your heating and cooling needs, but small enough that you receive personal service from a staff that truly cares! Servicing the entire Kansas City Metro area.

Checked system, was very efficient and helpful in explaining what he was doing. Made me feel better about whole system. Did not try to sell me a new system, did not paint a doom and gloom picture which has happened to me in the past, and why I will use Santa Fe Air Conditioning and Heating in the future.

This was a Big Deal for a 3 ton unit 14.5 seer. I had to upgrade to a 3.5 ton which was an additional $500. The pad and whip were extra. Marco and Brent arrived right on time and got to work immediately. I took about 3.5 hours to complete the job. They are a great team. Marco is the lead and very knowledgeable and experienced. They treated my house with respect. Marco made sure to check everything from getting the proper parts off the truck to every installation procedure. He even installed an additional flexible drain for my humidifier at absolutely no extra cost as a customer courtesy. I was very happy with JJ, the sales agent and Marco and Brent. I appreciate that a quality local company offered a good value and their installation exceeded my expectations.

I purchased the Spring/Fall maintenance agreement and Santa Fe gave me the Angie's List deal. The technician was on time. My air conditioning unit was having difficulty cooling the house so I expected repairs. The technician was surprised at the state of the unit both inside and out. I bought my house 3 years ago and have had it serviced every year, but no one has ever reported the issues that were discovered by Santa Fe. Some of them were serious safety issues. The service and repairs took a couple of hours and the technician stayed with it until things worked and looked great. I have confidence that Santa Fe will help me extend the life of my existing unit as long as possible. I also use Santa Fe at my place of business and they are very responsive and thorough at the commercial level too. This is a great company.
