Made appointment and they came right on time. Serviced furnace and humidifier and fully explained what he did to both, including replacing water filter in humidifier. Very professional and thorough and will use again.

The actual service once performed was fine and I rated the tech accordingly. My concern is that the company never contacted me. I had to call them for service despite the upfront request for preferred scheduled times. What is the purpose of that request if you never intend to call the customer, but make them call you to schedule? Then, they could not find my info and had to double check and call back. I asked about checking the humidifier and was offered a higher priced service and the actual paid service was minimalized as if I was getting what I paid for.

Daniel of Santa Fe came out and discussed the various options and prices and gave me a detailed quote for the two options I told him I wanted to consider. He was a very professional and no-nonsense type of guy, and the prices were reasonable and on the low end of the other bids I received for the project. I selected a 4 ton air conditioner and furnace which weren't the Cadillacs of the line, but not cheapies either in terms of efficiency, etc. Marco and Jeff of Santa Fe arrived on time for the installation, and it went very smoothly and was completed in less than one afternoon. They were pleasant and professional individuals who I was pleased to have working in my home. They cleaned up the work space and took the time to explain the warranties and operation of the system. I was very impressed with Santa Fe's people and with the fact that they give additional warranties beyond the manufacturer's on the equipment they sell. I'm most satisified with the products they installed, the prices they charged, and how the installation went.

There were additional fees because I bought, which was a good deal, for him to come out again for the air conditioner and bought for him to come this year for the air conditioner and the furnace. So, there were four trips out to check my air conditioner and furnace. I thought Don particularly did a great job. The price was pretty reasonable for what they did.

I really like Don. This man is very thorough. I did pay him an extra $36 for a filter, but he showed me the filters. He showed me what he was doing. He is very thorough. He goes over everything he did. He checked the air conditioner even though he did not need to. He is the same person that came the first time and he came back again.

I wasn't there that day, but I think they did fine. The unit seems to be functioning fine. I had priced two other companies and they were both over $600 more than what this company charged.They arrived on time.

I called Cris on 4/25/16 to get prices on a new Furnace.. The next day Daniel came to give the estimate and pertinent information on a new Furnace. The following day Chuck installed the new Furnace. Everyone was both professional, courteous, and friendly.as they were the first time I used them. I am satisfied with the product, prices, and their prompt service.
