Jackie the manager is very unprofessional, nonresponsive, rude, belligerent, and nasty. I have been going to this pay center for my utilities now for years and Jackie has never been professional. She is either eating, making personal phone calls or engaged in sidebars with her blonde-headed gal friend and ignores you until she is done.
Jackie is immature and likes to have her tween daughter handle the cash register. Jackie likes to "round up" you utility bills because she is too lazy to give change. She is not authorized to do this and is guilty of questionable business practices.
Jackie claimed she is a grouch because she is going through a divorce (no surprise there), but that doesn't explain all the other years of unprofessionalism.
This is not an isolated grievance and plenty of others have complained about this sociopathic individual who used to put alleged bad check writers (I'm not one of them) on her wall. Many people that had the same names were mistaken for bad-check writers and were insulted, refusing to go back to her store.
