Authentic Hardwood Floors
About us
Since 1997 I have installed or refinished over 2000 beautiful authentic hardwood floors in Kansas City. I don't install plastic laminate floors because I don't like them. I believe that only genuine hardwood gives your home the warmth and beauty that it deserves. Although I am new to Angie's List, my company has thousands of past customers and referrals, and it is likely there are past customers of Authentic Hardwood Floors in your neighborhood. Please ask me about local referrals. And I always invite and encourage your reviews on Angie's List. Thank you for considering Authentic Hardwood Floors for your project.
Business highlights
Services we offer
My name is Todd Williams and my company will install, repair and refinish authentic hardwood floors. I also do custom staining and wood design, I trim out staircases and install new spindles, and I handle many special trim requests for your home. All of my services include using 99% dust-free equipment, and I take every precaution to make sure your home stays clean. During my free project estimate in your home, I will demonstrate how we will protect the rest of your home during the work.
Services we don't offer
My company will not install laminate or synthetic floors. Professionally-installed and finished authentic hardwood floors will stand up to your toughest wear and tear. They can be cleaned, re-coated or refinished over the life of your home. They will never wear out or have to be replaced. Carpet can be laid over it in the future, and eventually removed and the floor will be brought back to its original luster. Synthetic floors simply cannot do that. The best floors are authentic hardwood.
