He arrived and was very friendly and easy going. He was familiar with my type of bike as he had done some research before he was to be at my home. He got right to work at trying to solve the problem. He found what was wrong and told me two ways to solve the problem. One was more expensive and involved replacing a large component of the bike's software. The other was trying to find a replacement for some minor parts. This way would be less expensive. Of course I chose the latter. He left with the intention of testing and replacing the minor parts. He said I could contact him in a few days via e-mail to check on his progress. I was very glad he could work on my bike. He mainly works on treadmills, but he seems to be multi-skilled at working on various types of exercise equipment. He had to wait about a week for replacement parts to arrive to him in the mail so this slowed down my repair time table. So as a customer, one must understand that if he has to order a part, it can add extra time to his repair schedule. This part of the repair is out of his control, so the customer should be understanding and discuss this with him so they understand at the start. He takes pride in what he does and he does his best. He fixed my old recumbent bike which was over ten years old. I was convinced it couldn't be fixed. The repair fee was very fair and economical. Thank you Bill Rowcliffe!

He was very nice and knowledgeable about the equipment. He worked something out for me so I could get my treadmill up and going again.
