took showers and my water pressure booster might be involved. He solved the problem without having to pull the stool and tested it to be sure the problem was solved. He showed me the plastic part that was no longer working properly and checked the cut off value to be sure a new one was not needed.
I will make Gray Wolf my plumber for any future plumbing needs.

After the inspection he went forward with the clean out. It was done quickly and cleanly. They were done in pretty short order and confirmed it was just a normal grease build up that can happen in kitchen drains like ours. The drain has been open and running better than ever since they have completed it.
Without a doubt they will have a shot at any plumbing services we need in the future.

We had a plumber from another company come a year ago who replaced the rear hydrant with a Woodford hydrant. Now, this year, we couldn't get it to turn off. And last year we had trouble turning it off toward the end of summer. Gene explained that during the soldering process, that plumber had accidentally gotten some solder into the hydrant, and that was why it couldn't be turned off. He called that a "no no," but was very diplomatic in explaining the other plumber's error.
Additionally, the plumber from a year ago (just added a review for this company with a service date 4/22/14) had fixed the front yard hydrant, but it was leaking again this year. Gene explained to me why it was leaking (the stem packing needed to be tightened) and showed me how to do it if it happens again. He did this instead of trying to sell me a new hydrant in front. In fact, he told me it was a quality hydrant, and he recommended not replacing it.
Finally, Gene also showed me how to fix the sink stopper if we have problems again.
I should also mention that the person taking the calls, Sheila, was also very knowledgeable and communicated well over the phone. When I first called to make the appointment, I was apprehensive about getting a plumber because of last year's experience. She communicated with confidence, which led me to go ahead and make the appointment.
Quality work and products. Great customer service. A plumber who knows how to do the repairs and can speak well to customers. That's why they get an A.

The next day Sheila the office manager gave me a phone call to explain more in detail on the issue and made sure I understood it before hanging up. That is some amazing customer service!
Their prices are a little higher BUT you will not be upset on the money you spend due to the high quality of work the company performs.
I had other plumbing companies in my house to work on issues and I was not satisfied with the quality of work.
I will defiantly use Grey Wolf Plumbing again!
