Service and quality were great.

They gave me an estimate on what it would cost to fix these things and this estimate was less than other estimates I had gotten.  They fixed these problems well, quickly, and efficiently.  I used to take another old car I had to them and they also did a very good job fixing it.  They work on any cars, from 1938 and newer.  I just took my Corolla back to them (in December 2014) to check my right front wheel bearings.  Another mechanic (at Midas in Wichita, whom I used to trust) said that the wheel bearings there had to be replaced ASAP.  I got a second opinion from Malcom Auto Center and they said that this wheel bearing(s) was just fine and didn't need to be replaced.  Now I trust Malcom (and I don't trust anymore:  Midas, Sears Auto Center, or Eddy's Toyota in Wichita, KS).  From now on I will only take my car to Malcom!

I had to have my car towed to their shop. They were able to tell my fuel pump was out. I decided not to get it replaced since it was going to cost as much as my car was worth to fix it. I have used them in the past for several other issues with my car and my wife's. They are always very nice and their prices are very reasonable. They have even done some work for free. I had to get a headlight replaced and they didn't charge me any labor even though it probably took an hour or so to put it in my car. My only complaint might be that it takes a week or so to schedule an oil change or a tire rotation.

We had 3 vehicles in last month. We had to get an air conditioner fixed, break shoes, and I can't remember everything we had done. I wouldn't go there unless they provided A quality service. They are really good about telling us how much it's going to cost before they do the service. If they can do the repair cheaper by using a used part, or something like that, they will offer that choice, instead of the most expensive repair. I definitely will continue to use their services.
