I purchased the Big Deal to have my porch windows cleaned. I called to schedule an appointment, which was scheduled in a very timely manner. The young man arrived on time and was very efficient with the job. The windows looked great! A short time after he left I noticed a tear in one of the screens. I contacted the owner, Scott Brothers, to report the problem. Scott arrived the very next day,and took the screen for repair. He has returned the repaired screen. Despite the screen tear, I am very satisfied with the service. They could serve as a model for other businesses for good customer service!

They seemed very organized. Skilled at what they do. Were courteous and thoughtful of house. Brought to our attention 2 windows that had broken seals.

They were so efficient, thorough and very neat. One man inside and the other outside. They were also very courteous.

I called and left a message, detailing what I want. Scott call back very quickly. We set date, discussed the price and he was pleasant. I purchased the $169.00 Deal from Angie's List, as we are members. There were more windows than 45, so I paid the extra. The two men arrived on time, looked at what needed to be done. I was informed of the extra cost, which I agreed to pay. After the men left, I found dark, dirty water spots on our white carpet, which I had to clean up, as our house is for sale. They did not wipe off all window sills. The sills they did wipe off were just brushed onto the carpet. I had to vacuum up under those windows. Many areas of the porch windows were missed/not cleaned. Other windows were still dirty in the corners. The men had on jeans, which was fine, but we don't like the appearance of pants hanging off of their waists/hips. Not professional at all.

Chris from Window Genie came to our house to clean the exterior casement windows. He was very polite and worked quickly and quietly. We are very happy with how our windows sparkle.

They did an excellent job. I had to reschedule a couple of times and they were accomdating.

I purchased one of the Angie's List Deals for Window Genie's services. They were very prompt in acknowledging the purchase by sending an email with all the information regarding the service and what was included. They also provided information about extra services such as screen cleaning. We confirmed an appointment by email. They were prompt on the day of service and very professional while working inside and outside my home.

I purchased a Angie's coupon eariler in the year and in July contacted Window Genie that I wanted my exterior windows washed - in line with the coupon limits. When I made the July appointment with Window Genie I discussed that- the at the rear and side of the house - that some of the windows were 3 stories up from the ground. When gentlemen showed up to wash the windows - he was by himself and had limited ladder capability -- and even for my second story living room windows - he did not want to use a ladder - because an awning made for a difficult angle -- and he was concerned that the ladder may slip, so he used an extension type cleaning method from the ground. Unfortunately the windows dried with streaks. Window Genie did arrange to return and redo the windows that were streaked. I would not use them again --because of their issues thatg limit their ability to clean at higher heights - 2 and 3 stories high. Same questions on gutter cleaning - which they offer - if you have higher level gutters - what is the Window Genie cleaning method??

The Genie guys came in their very cool van and cleaned all my windows, inside and out. They missed a few window sills, but I was not concerned with that; I'm a lousy window cleaner so they did the important part. Unfortunately, our condos are being painted and those guys came three days later and power washed everything....bad timing!

The people were polite and the windows look beautiful.

I have been using Window Genie for the last few years as has my daughter. We have always been pleased. They arrive on time, are courteous, and work efficiently.

They were right on time but it took 2 weeks to get an appointment- they`re very busy. They did a good job but left some dirty water spots on some ledges and tracked in some grass on the floor and carpet.They did a good job on the windows in and out.

They arrived on time, cleaned all inside windows one day and returned and cleaned all outside windows the next day. A great job.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It turned out good. They told me when I purchased it that they're gonna come out a while which was fine. We had more windows so there were extra charges. They did a good job. I don't have any complaints.

I paid them little extra about they did some screens for me. I have had them before and they are very very good and very conscientiousness. I would use them gain the future.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for inside and outside window cleaning for $75. I paid an additional amount of $53 for the cleaning of 7 screens. Their employee arrived on time and seemed professional. He seemed to do what was requested and even cleaned the glass on my front and back doors. I did not follow up and check the windows which was my fault. After he left, I went to lower blinds and noticed that none of the outside window ledges had been wiped off at all. I spent time doing it myself. Also I have a window on each side of the fireplace. It looks like one was cleaned on the outside but not the other. We do have bushes growing in front of them but nothing was said about it from the employee. I will not use again.

They arrived right on time and the young man was extremely professional and polite. He had an excellent attitude and did a very good job. I had three large windows which are difficult to reach so he said someone would come back within the same week with the proper tool to reach them. The company called and said someone would be out that Friday to to the three remaining windows. Another gentlemen arrived and was just as pleasant, professional and polite.

The crew of two very nice gentlemen arrived at the appointed time. After introducing themselves they began work immediately,.cleaning the outsides of all windows and doors. The windows looked sparkling clean. Very pleased with the job they did and will use them in the furure! Upon leaving they gave us a can of their window cleaner which I have used and find it to be the best cleaner I've used.

They scheduled quickly, showed up on time, were pleasant and did good work! Doesn't get any better than that!

Overall it went well. There were a few smudges but overall good job. Technician who did the work was very professional, accomadating and polite. I did have to wait longer than I would have liked after booking to get the job done.
