I was very happy with the service that I purchased through an Angies List deal. Compared to other companies I have used, I found them easy to schedule, punctual and polite. It was definitely a good deal and they did not try to upsell.

As part of one of the Angie's List Big Deal promotions, I had Window Genie come out and clean the interior and exterior of our windows. They priced out the additional windows and screens to clean and did a great job! The communication with Window Genie through the messaging service on Angie's List was prompt. They were able to work with our hectic family schedule. The came when promised and cleaned up after themselves.

I think they did a great job cleaning the windows. I had no problems with that. I had purchase a coupon and when the young fellow came to the door he was not personable at all. I was wondering if he just woke up. They went ahead and cleaned the windows and when he was finish he said I owed him $88. So I wrote him and I don't think I would have them back.

We contacted Scott Brothers at Window Genie in Zionsville to have the windows of our rental property in northwest Indianapolis cleaned, inside and out. They worked with the renter's schedule to accommodate them and did a fantastic jobs. We will definitely use them for future needs.

Cleaned the windows very well. We had signed up for a special and realized that it was for more windows than we had, so in that respect we probably would have been better off just having an estimate done for us and agreeing to that, but the difference wasn't all that much.
