They couldn't have been any better. Because of some construction delays I had to reschedule 4 or 5 times and they accommodated each time. Mindy who was my account rep was wonderful to work with. The technician that came out was on-time, personable, and very knowledgeable about the service. I couldn't be happier with the service.

OMG......what a huge difference after the cleaning. No more visible dust flying in the air which I use to see when the sun's rays came into our home. No more cleaning/dusting the furniture and glass top on tables each day. There is virtually no dust on the before mentioned yet!!! Also, my husband and I don't sneeze for 5-10 min. each morning upon wakening. Also, our furnace seems to be running more quietly and smoocher............like a soft purr. They were very polite when I called asking questions before setting up a date to perform the work. They are also certified by NADCA which most companies are not. There were other companies that wanted over a $1K dollars and didn't do everything that this company does according to the NADCA regulations. I've already sent one lady their way after telling her how there was such a HUGE difference after the cleaning. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND USE THEM AGAIN!!!

Came in and got to work quickly. Explained the entire process as I have not had this done before. Hooked everything up and took about 2.5 hours. Got all the vents cleaned and the dryer vent cleaned. Everything looked a lot better after he left. Would use them again.

Mite-e-ducts started out great from the first phone call to get an
estimate. The lady that took the call was cheerful and friendly (I could
tell she was smiling when she took my call). This made me feel like
they really appreciated my call and wanted my business no matter how
small. The technician that came out was also professional, cheerful and
friendly and cleaned the dryer vent inside and outside the 2 story
house. He even corrected a problem the builder made with the vent so the
vent would not clog so often and also gave us tips on the ways we can
clean the inside vent so we could go every 2 years clog free.
Mite-e-ducts is a vendor I would highly recommend and will use again
should the need arise.

I called on Monday and got an appointment for the next day (they actually had an opening for Monday afternoon as well). The very polite and professional technician showed up right on time, explained what he would be doing to clean the vent; i told him i had an old plastic hose on the dryer, he explained that they are no longer up to code and that he could replace with a metal one. It took less than an hour, he explained everything he did and said to call if any problems. My dryer now dries clothes quickly!

Nick ,the tech who completed the service, was a friendly and knowledgable professional. He explained the procedure that would be performed before starting any work. He answered all my questions fully and to my satisfaction. During the cleaning he encouraged me to ask any further questions and showed me before and after pictures when I asked.
The job was completed in a timely manner and the closure of the holes on the furnace duct work was nicely done.
I would recommend this company to others.

On the set date, 3 young men came to do the job, bringing an adequate ladder to access he attic. They installed the proper metal duct material which entailed removing a cabinet from the wall above the dryer, cutting a hole to insert the ductwork behind the wall and then replacing the cabinet before connecting the ductwork directly to the dryer so it could be aligned better with the waher. In general I am pleased with the work that was done and would recommend them to anyone.

The serviceman was very prompt and professional. This was the first time for duct cleaning in our house of 7 years. It took 5+ hours but he did not take a break. Pictures of the ducts before and after were amazing! I definitely would use this company again.

I called asked a few questions concerning duct cleaning and the huge cost differance, I had recently known someone who did about the same amount of area as my home for $49.00. The person at Mite-E-Ducts explained that they where not cleaning the ducts properly and went on about the whip they use ect...So I booked very excited to have less dust and pollen in my home.
The day of he showed up on time, put his shoe covers on and I showed him to the furnice and all the ducts.As he was working very quickly I noticed he would take a picture before and and after. I assumed I would be showed these pictures however he never offered.
Before he left he said I should notice a lot less dust, I have not!! I also looked online at the before and after pictures and my ducts where not nearly as bad as those shown and mine certainly where still dirty. I found this to be misleading.
Next time I will find someone else.

The two men, Nick and Meredeth, arrived exactly on time. After introducing themselves and inspecting all the ducts, and the best locations to set up their equipment, they went right to work. Both men were very professional and friendly. It was obvious that they knew their jobs well and wanted me to be satisfied with their work. They were constantly checking with each other as to their progress and to make sure nothing got overlooked. The dryer air flow was not good due to having too much flexible hose that was causing lint to become clogged. They cleaned it really well and corrected the problem for me. I'm glad I called this company because I received a much higher level of service than I expected. I had no idea whom to call so I used Angie's List recommendation. In ten years, they haven't failed me yet.

A member of our family has breathing/ Lung problems, so we decided to help reduce health risks of breathing dirty air we decided to call a air duct cleaning contractor. We searched Angies list and our decision came dow to two contractors. We chose Mite-E-Ducts because of the local hometown feel they represented and their truck is the vacuum and the dirt stays outside.
I called to set the appointment and mentioned the coupon on Angies list and saved $50 off of the service and I was able to set up the appointment for the day that worked for our home. Chad called the morning of the appointment to confirm time and he showed up right on time. Before coming into our home he put on shoe covers and treated our home with respect. He walked around and explained the process in depth and was very knowledgeable and answered our questions. While Chad was performing the job he was very curtious to our family and pets. The job took almost four hours.
When Chad was finished I immediately noticed a huge difference in the performance of the blower unit. Before Mite-E-Ducts I was changing my filter every 20-30 days, now I will get the full 60- 90 days the filters rated for. Chad also took before and after pictures that were e-mailed to me upon request. I could not believe the difference in the pictures. I feel confident that we will be breathing much better air, Thank you Mite-E-Ducts.

I called because I was concerned our dryer was not working properly. I spoke to Mindy and she was very helpful. Their schedule was full, so we couldn't get in right away, but she gave me some alternatives and she also put me on the urgent list in case a cancellation came up. I appreciated her concern for our home and family's well being. We decided to have all the ducts cleaned and get the dryer cleaned for free. Chad called that morning to let me know what time he would be arriving. They were very professional and also recommended some things to help our system function more efficently. We also had the Lint Alarm installed on the dryer so we will know in the future when it needs to be cleaned. They were great, I would use them again and recommend them to my friends for sure.
