M & M was just what I was looking for. After having spent a lot of money at a chain auto service store, I was looking for an honest, hard working local business to help me. M & M were honest, friendly, and had fair prices. They removed my old converters, the new converters were installed quickly, and they also replaced an oxygen sensor that had failed. I will be coming back for all of my auto service work from now on!

Every experience I’ve had with Mand M — and there have been many — has been positive.

Tailpipe had broken; and there was a very loud rattling sound. Bill quoted me a $100 repair estimate, and threw in a repair to the heat shield with that. Dropped off the car at noon, and the repairs were done by that afternoon. Very friendly and professional. Definitely will return if I need more work done.

Once they towed my car they were able to tell me what was wrong which was the harmonic balance in the car. I ultimately decided not to get it fixed. They charged me for the towing but not for the diagnosis, which I appreciated.

This is a great auto shop!! If you are looking for trustworthy, friendly people who have been in business for years and are focused on customer satisfaction this is the place. I never once felt like they were trying to up-sell me. They told me exactly what was wrong with the car and let me decide if I wanted to fix it. Marvin even offered to buy my car when I decided I wasn't going to get it fixed.

I just bought a new car and you can bet that whenever I need service this will be the place I go. Thank you so much for everything!!
