I initially asked for an estimate to repair my leaky chimney before having a new roof put on my house. After finding that being unused for 15 years and a lot of work needed to be done to repair (basically tear down and rebuild), I revised my request to tearing down the chimney. Although they were quite busy, they knew I was in the middle of a roof replacement and were able to squeeze my project in. Very prompt service on the initial estimate and very prompt service on the actual work. Very happy with the services and price provided.

Mike was very thorough and cleaned the entire chimney. In addition he did a small repair to the crown of the chimney. He also put down a glaze in the box area. We received a senior discount.

It went great. The guys who came were professional, showed up a little early (which was nice), and let me know what they were doing each step of the way. They worked quickly, were friendly, and were careful about not making a mess.

The wind was so strong the next day, it blew it back out. The Cinder Box was willing to come back out and relight it again at no additional charge. They were very wonderful. They were neat, tidy, clean; they were just overall really good. I appreciated their input, advice, and service.
