Actually, this was a repair of a dryer, not an install (which we first thought we were going to hire them to do ). The repair was excellent. I only wish we had known to use them to repair our washer instead of buying a new one.

The repairman told me that my valve on gas fireplace was faulty and that he could fix it with the old parts for $150 or put new parts on it for $300. I went with the $150 option...it worked for about 24 hours. I had another repair company come out and they ran an inspection on all parts..valve was not faulty at all. it was the switch to turn it on and off that needed to be fixed. I feel like I was ripped off.

I hadn't had our gas fired place inspected in 10 years. The tech was very helpful and clean with all the soot and didn't mind me asking tons of questions. He was quiet, polite, and didn't mind teaching me things about the fireplace itself. Price was lower than I had been quoted from other places. Def would use again if needed or refer.

After three years of not being able to get down and light my family room fireplace, I now have fire! Unknown to us there was a thermostat to control it. It was not working but after calling Thomas Appliance within an hour of my phone call the service man was at my door. The service man left, went and bought a new thermostat, installed it, put a surround around to cover up the previous holes and checked everything out. He was finished and done with before Michael even knew he was there! Five star service from Thomas Appliance *****!

I hired them to clean the fireplace chimney in my rental property. I live 1200 miles away and have a property manager handling the details. So i really cant speak on the work quality. What i can say is, the tech responded super quick both times I contacted him and had appointments available the next day.

This gentleman is absolutely fantastic and so very, very nice and courteous! I would hire him again in a heart beat and on top of that he is a vet that served in Afghanistan. I would love for others to support him as well. Your not only supporting our troops but you are also getting a really, really good repair guy that is as good and friendly as anyone can get!

Chris was available to arrive early so it was to our mutual benefit. I was very pleased with how clean and quickly his took my dryer apart to confirm the bushings were worn-out. He was very polite and invited us to call if anything went wrong within 90- days of his repairs and said if any further problems occur to contact them. Very quick response time.

Came on time, went right to work. Installed 2 ceiling fans in about 2 hours and asked to clean up after himself.

Very responsive for both estimating and service. Regretfully, the job was beyond their capability. They tried but could not complete. They were very fair and did not charge me because they were unable to complete. We're still in th markt for some one who can handle th job.

This was a quality guy. Due to some changes in our scheduled appointment, he arrived at my home, did the work and was done before I arrived. He waited because he wanted to talk to me about options. I thought that was a step above. Great Guy!
