William, the owner, came out on his day off to troubleshoot our dryer. He is a man of his word, knowledgeable and professional. Thomas Appliance is reliable; they came on time as scheduled! This is our 3rd time using Thomas Appliance and we highly recommend them.

Terrible. Simply terrible. Works out of his home and appears marginally in business. I provided make, model, and part numbers for this fellow that were required to repair cooling fans on double oven. Said he could do the work for a standard charge. He claimed to be getting the parts. He stalled every time I called him to get the work done. One excuse after another. Several weeks passed, but he never responded, never got the parts, never did the work. Never use this fellow!

Called pm....they promptly returned call...came following am. Very helpful.

My dryer quit working on Tuesday, Chris from Thomas Appliance come out on Wednesday and repaired the dryer. Very friendly, polite and professional.. highly recommend Chris! Its nice to know that there are companies and people that still take pride in there work!

I have had Thomas Appliance out to my home to work on my dishwasher and my washer. The guy is great. Very easy going and very, very professional. All the work he does he takes pride in and the work is great. I was new to the area and got lucky finding this great serviceman!
