The young man came on a Saturday promptly, found the problem the first time and even fixed a gas leak I had not noticed. It was a blessing to have such great service as my wife had just passed 2 days before and all I needed was one more thing to worry about! These guys made it easy!!

Chris was a wonderful and patient guy this old house had many challenging issues to deal with that we're unexpected on this job so was very challenging but he was able too do and looks great works wonderfully. Sincerely Larry I apologize for all the unexpected issues he had to deal with feel so bad for how long it took him.7 hours it took which should of been simple 2 or3 hour job.

Professional and honest

He was extremely knowledgeable and knew what he was doing with our 50'svstyle stove. He spent some time to ensure everything worked well and passed all tests. He also suggested we put a carbon monoxide monitor in a specific place in our kitchen. He also to the time to go over any questions we had. This guy is a must hire if you want things done right at a reasonable price.

Professional and very easy going. We greatly appreciate Chris's honesty and saving us unnecessary expanses. The road trip fee was very reasonable compare to other's and although we didn't have to have any work done. The trip fee was will worth the wealth of knowledge Chris provided us on our chimney. Our washing machine would no longer spin. I was very pleased that I was able to contact Thomas Appliance by phone fairly late a night and schedule a service call right away. William arrived a little early, was very pleasant and knowledgeable, and got the job done quickly. He put everything back the way it was, and was just as nice as he could be. He showed me the broken part. the charge was very reasonable. I would recommend this company highly.
