The repairman was prompt and applied a temporary fix. He said he would order switches for a permanent repair; have not heard from him since July of this year. Now the appliance is back to it's prior state of broken. Dissatisfied...

When you call them you talk to real people, not a machine. They keep you posted of the status of your job. So far so good and I would rehire them again.
