Replaced the thermo coupler (sp?) in about two minutes and replaced embers with lava rock. Gas fireplace now works for first time in years. I'm very pleased!

I am so glad I chose Spotlite. Chris was quick to respond and saved me from a fire disaster. My vents leading to the outside were completely blocked with impacted lint and the best choice was to replace them. He educated me on the proper length of vent ducts from dryer to outside and made an adjustment that would prevent this from happening again. He also recommended an annual cleaning in the future which I will do. You can trust this company. They know what they are doing.
