Manicures/Nails
Overall very good finished product but so/so experience. Every woman knows that getting your nails done is partially about the experience and partially about the end result. went in for a pedi/ French mani. walked in without an appointment on Sat and was pleasantly surprised to be waited on within 15 min. I was surprised that all of the nail techs spoke English fluently and excited because in the past most experiences have been good except for some issues caused by the language barrier I've experienced at other salons nail tech used someone else's polish for my pedi instead of the one I picked out and applied without asking me. I left w/ wrong color, She spoke with others but not with me until I pushed my way into her side conversation. The toe separator was improperly placed and resulted in a re-do TV wasn't on. The paint was chipped and dirty throughout salon. Poor ambience. Mani was good. Tech upsold me on the gel and my mani still great after 2 weeks.

Manicures/Nails
Every time I walked through the door at V Nails I was greeted with a smile. Jessica asks me what I want done and I let her know. She then tells me to pick out a color if I am not doing French Tips. If I am getting a pedicure, I sit down in the comfortable massage chairs and relax. If I am just getting my nails done she directs me to her table. We talk the whole 30-45 minutes of the process and then I make sure I am satisfied. If I ever think anything looks a little funky or off, I tell her and she quickly adjusts or fixes (but this is such a seldom thing and it's usually because of my own OCD that I see anything). I pay her and tell her I will see her again soon. I look forward to the days when I can splurge and get my nails done. The experience at V Nails will not be anything less than satisfactory!

I had to wait awhile to be taken. I walked in on a Saturday. They were very busy. I give them all A's. They took their time with me.
