Love at First Sight Floral and Design

I love this place, the roses are always beautiful and Suzanne is the best!

Suzanne was wonderful to work with. She gave me everything I asked for, and more--all in one large basket. The two orchids, in their separate containers, were beautiful! I have never before seen such beautiful orchids. Suzanne was not happy with the first gladiolus sent to her by her supplier, so she requested others. She actually put so many beautiful flowers in the center foam that it split--after having been moved several times at the site of the funeral and the following meal for family and friends.
I had been very nervous about being the family member delegated to order a floral arrangement on behalf of my siblings. Thanks to Suzanne, my siblings were thrilled with the results!
Suzanne had such a personal touch throughout the process, that I almost felt like she was family. She e-mailed a picture for me to share with family members who lived at a distance. Suzanne also followed up with suggestions for sharing the flowers (from the center of the arrangement) and making them last longer. She sent care tips for the two orchids, as well. Suzanne went far above and beyond what I expect from a florist.
I live a couple of hours from the town where my uncle lived. I am grateful for the list of florists sent to me; and I am very happy with my choice of Love at First Sight Floral and Design in Westfield, IN!

Suzanne is amazing!! I simply ordered a sympathy plant through the website to be delivered to a residence the next day. She called less than an hour later to tell me that what I had ordered was not in stock, but she would replace it with a similar, yet more expensive plant.
Then a few hours later, called me again to tell me she had found a beautiful flowering hibiscus and wondered if I prefer that.
This florist is all about making sure her customers - both the ordering and the receiving - are as pleased as possible. I will never
use another local florist again! Her personal care cannot be beat.

This was a wonderful "purchase" experience. The floral arrangement was for dear friends, and Suzanne (the owner) came up with an absolutely great idea. The flowers (mostly roses) were fresh and beautiful. She takes each order as an "original," and comes up with GREAT ideas! How refreshing! USE THIS COMPANY. On top of the wonderful quality of the arrangement, it ended up that there were complications with the delivery person. So, instead of making it the customer's problem (which too many times happens), she OFFERED to deliver it herself the very next day -- which she did. I can't tell you how pleased I am with this company. So, if you want personal attention to detail, and someone who really wants each order to "fit" the recipient, this is the company to use! Don't go anywhere else!
