The gentleman from Isley Plumbing came out and fixed the leaking bathroom faucet that had been put in my another provider. He also found numerous things that were done incorrectly that caused us to have a leak when using the new faucet.
He also assessed the dampness that was under the second bathroom sink. He then replace our turn off/on valves and replaced the old faucet in that bathroom.
Before all work was done, I received a written cost sheet to approve of. I know that the cost was not cheap. That being said, the last person who came out and cost us less ended up not doing things correctly. Therefore, we had to pay for this provider to correct all those issues.
I would use this company and this provider again- and have used them in the past for other plumbing issues. Again, the prices were not super low, but for this type of work, I found them to be good. I feel that you end up with the quality of what you pay for. Therefore I think that they did a very good job!!!!!

I had a leak at the base of my kitchen faucet, so I called a "handyman". That was a mistake. Before he was half way into my kitchen, he said that I needed a new faucet. He hadn't even looked at it, yet! When I said that I liked the faucet that I had, he told me that I would have to buy a rebuild kit somewhere and he would do the work, but wouldn't warrant that the faucet wouldn't leak, anyway!
So, I called Isley. Rik Hilty came out, look at the faucet and told me all I needed was a new o-ring. He installed it and now the faucet works fine. He was on-time, friendly, helpful and very professional. I will certainly use Isley the next time I have a plumbing need.

Jacob and his crew did an excellent job.
We remodeled our kitchen--new granite countertops, cooktop, sink, faucets, etc.
We had purchased new Wolf cooktops (30" gas; 15" induction) and a downdraft vent/blower from HH Gregg and found that we needed someone to install the units that was Wolf certified (extends the warranty by one year) and, basically, knew what they were doing. We found L.E. Isley through a referral from a Wolf authorized repair shop. We had also found another certified installer on the Wolf website.
The other installer was slow to provide a quote for services, did not have any reviews on Angie's List (whereas, Isley has many positive reviews), and quoted us more than twice Isley's price.
Jacob and Daniel came out to do the installation after the granite installers had cut the opening for the cooktop. Unfortunately, the opening was too large. The granite installers returned to figure out a solution; Jacob spent time on the phone with them helping them design a solution. Once in place, Jacob returned the following week to complete the install. Everything went smoothly and they did a great job.
Although two trips were required and Jacob provided over-the-phone assistance to the granite installers, Isley did not charge us more than the original quote (much to our surprise).
We will definitely use L.E. Isley again in the future and highly recommend them.

Rik arrived sooner than expected and got right to work.We found my Faucette stems were quite old and needed re seated.Rik was able to accomplish this and complete the repair. I learned much from the visit and Isley will be called to complete add'l projects that are pending.

I emailed Isley on a Sunday evening to request a service appointment for issues with our toilet. The office called me the next morning and had a technician at my home before noon on Monday. Rik, our technician, had done work for us in the past. He is punctual, pleasant, and professional. Rik explained several options to us that represented a variations of costs. He answered all our questions. The work was performed efficiently and all was cleaned up before Rik left. I will definitely call Isley again for our next plumbing issue.

Our water heater went out and we had a water emergency situation. We
called Isley and in a very short time they sent a technician out. Larry
was very nice,courteous, and knowledgeable. He installed a new water
heater for us and handled the situation very well. Isley sure has some
good quality people working for them, and we do appreciate the honesty
and service we received today from Larry Brown.

Everything went great. They were able work me into the schedule the same day even though it wasn't an emergency. The plumbers, Jake L. and Shaun, were professional and thorough. I could tell Shaun really knows his stuff (just as an example, he had the exact water hardness for our area memorized!). He recommended a repair to the gas line that made sense and was more economical than replacing the entire line. He also offered some friendly advice on a couple other plumbing issues.

I was able to schedule an appointment with Isley the same day I called about problems with my water heater. Even better, they called back and Dave was able to come to my home earlier than I could originally schedule. I thought the heater had a leak (turns out it did not) and the water never got really hot. Dave inspected it and noted that the thermostat was failing although it would still work for awhile. I decided to replace the unit since it was over 13 years old and bought the 4 year extension for a 10 year warranty. He was able to bring in a new unit that fit into my space and install it that same day. Dave explained what he was doing and answered all of my questions. He also helped me clear a path in the garage so the water heaters could be exchanged and cleaned up after the work leaving the area neater than it was before. I now have hotter water on the low setting than I did using the highest setting on my old unit. I will definitely have Isley back when I have additional plumbing questions or problems.

Prompt. Called ahead to see if they could come a little early even. Work done quickly by a friendly and competent plumber. He explained the issues and took quick action to fix them after telling me the cost. I've used Isley before and have always been impressed with their service. I'd definitely recommend them.

I called frantic first thing on a Monday morning, after a weekend of rain and a sump pump that had failed. Our basement did not flood due to a water back up system we had, but with the amount of water flowing in our pump, I knew it would not be able to keep up for very long. I had also used my back yard hose and when I went to turn it off, it would only turn so far and would not shut the water completely off.
I am a repeat customer and they took excellent care of me. They came out same day I called, even showed up earlier than expected and replaced the sump pump with a nice quality unit. Shawn made sure to secure all the lines running into the pit so it would not get hung up and cause it to perhaps not work in the future. He took the frost free unit apart and discovered it was blocked with rust, flushed the unit, and repaired it and put it back together again. He could have charged me for an entire new unit, but this speaks to the honesty and integrity of this company. I was so grateful for what they did, their price extremely reasonable, and they have top notch contractors who know their plumbing. Outstanding customer service. I was so comfortable with knowing they were coming out to take care of our water issues. I knew it would get done right. Thanks you so much.

Last week, my new dishwasher couldn't be installed because of problems turning off the water. Isley sent men over early the next morning. They opened the water meter pit (which had been jammed), replaced the valves under the sink with a better design, and cleaned up the sink cabinet after themselves. The plumber and his helper were expert, friendly, and brisk. I've used this company in the past and will happily do so in the future.

It went very well. Isley had come out 6 mos. ago to fix a leak & a different guy supposedly fixed it but I had a leak in both faucets & around the base & he didn`t fix it correctly. This guy was good. He said a new one would be $323. I got a $20 Angie`s List discount, too.
