HE WAS VERY HONEST. THE OLD DISPOSAL WAS JUST CLOGGED, AND HE DIDN'T SUGGEST THAT WE BUY NEW, IT WAS MY DECISION TO HAVE HIM INSTALL A NEW ONE.
